Awful. Looks good but, nowhere does it state that they only supply mats for LHD cars. No mats for UK and RHD countries (they say in chat) but they supply to Vanuatu and Japan, both drive on the left. Very frustrating waste of time I spent going down a rabbit hole with this company. Steer well clear.

DpD levert bij een depot in de buurt omdat er niemand was.
Antwoord naar 10 mails we gaan niets ophalen je moet het naar ons adres sturen. Ik zeg dan moet je er wel zijn.
M.a.w. ik kan fluiten naar 60,- aankoop kosten.
Grapje kost dus bij € 72,- en nog geen hoes😡

I'm also having the same issue as many others; & now wish I'd read the other reviews first. I may be able to solve the email mystery, as I noticed their name is carmatkings, but the email addy is carmetkings? not the same name. been waiting over a week for the mats I ordered, not sure if I should give it another week to see if I get them, or go buy some from another supplier, then if they do arrive sell them on to someone else who was scammed.

I ordered mats for my transit custom, they did turn up but are wrong so do not fit in the location plugs, not contactable so have ordered elsewhere. Unbelievable they are getting away with this.

one star so I can review. Do not order from this Company !!! Avoid like the plaque! They don't care about you , your order just getting your money ! They trade on Ebay and Amazon . Bought and paid from thier website . No parcel arrive , 4 weeks later no parcel, un contactable , reject emails, no phone, even reported to TS , even tried emailing on Ebay, once they realised this was another one of thier website scam orders, ceased contact. Just AVOID , a shower of sharks.

Ive ordered mats for my 2012 seat Altea on 17th August 2024, ive had no communication with the company and they have been paid £64.99 for a full set.
I will be contacting my bank about this scam.

Bought car mats and a boot liner. Wish I had looked at reviews before making purchase. It’s been 10 days now I’ve phoned them , it rings out , emailed two email addresses, they just keep bouncing back saying they are undeliverable.
Website looks good family run company striving to be professional and everything made on site at their Glasgow premises. Been running for 35 years blah blah blah.
I have notified my bank and they say wait 30 days then contact bank again to start some fraud process.
I have bought mats from Amazon £35 cheaper and I’m sure they will be quality.
This company has wasted my time and money. It’s sad to see there are dishonest people out there running so called businesses.

Update 31/8/24

So my mats arrived yesterday although I had bought some on Amazon and the Amazon ones are of better quality and cheaper. The lack of communication and bad reviews had me thinking they weren’t going to arrive.
I had a phantom email from Evrie saying that they had a parcel from Interdelta M GS ?!
So in my case they didn’t scam me but I’m still not impressed!! 2 weeks to send out and absolutely no communication when I contacted them multiple times.

The mats are great, fit well and look good, however the lack of communication and the bad reviews did have me worried.
I ordered the mats for my VW Touran on the 3rd of August as was one of the only companies that did mats for a post 2015 Touran and the only that included a mat for all 7 seats.
I received an email to say the order has been received, the money taken and was being processed.
I did not hear anything for a week so tried to login to my account on the website which gave a server error. I also tried to email 2 emails addresses which both came back as undeliverable.
I then read the previous reviews and was then worried I was not going to receive anything.
I went on holiday on the 11th thinking I will have to phone my bank on my return to start trying to reclaim the money.
However I then received a message from Evri the courier company saying they had a delivery for me on the 13th that was then delivered on the 14th.
When I got back on the 19th I found the mats had been delivered in a thin plastic bag that was slightly torn with a few stickers for my address and a picture of the contents. This did not bother me but might others.
As I said I am very happy with the mats, but the lack of communication was a concern, and why I gave 4 stars rather than 5.
(I do not usually write reviews but wanted to this time due to the previous reviews. Would be interesting to know if the previous reviewers did also finally receive the mats..)

I placed an order with this company and I wish now I read the reviews it's been one week now and no order confirmation from them can't contact them phone or email why hasn't trading standards shut this place down if there is such place as carmatkings they are scamming people do not order anything you will get nothing from them

Hi i just placed an order for some car floor mats from these lot and i dont know what to do as i didnt read these reviews before placing my order i just got of the phone with my bank and they said i need to wait 15 days before i can put in a claim. When i placed my order i was not given an invoice or order number and i wasnt sent an email for confirmation. I saw a review to contact trading standards of the area where the company is based but how long do i need to wait before doing that or shall i just wait and see if the mats come through i need some advice for what to do if your reading this please email me at adamzaman352@ gmail.com thank you

Tried to cancel an order due to these poor reviews- same results as other reviewers - emails bounced back, one phone number unobtainable, the other phone number just rang and rang no-one answered, no response from two other emails using their website contact form. I contacted South Lanarkshire Trading Standards department via their online complaint form, they visited the company premises and two days later the mats arrived by Evri/Interdelta. Not wonderful quality but they seem to fit and at least I got something for my money. No returns information, company details or packing note with the mats, just sent in a basic polythene bag. SLTS says they have no other complaints from people so suggest if you have a problem you contact them.

This is not a real company you won’t receive your order and they send a false email to say order processing! The email doesn’t work for them and the phone just rings out! AVOID

I placed an order on 14th June and apart from the confirmation email i have had nothing. All emails come back undelivered, the phone number on the website just rings, I even tried the number attached to the credit card transaction and that is unrecognised. I had to get in touch with my credit card company who then opened a case and reimbursed my money the following day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Was given the wrong order and didn't match the specifications we asked for. When contacting them about an exchange for the correct item no response from them was given. Horrible customer service!

I just got a response from Paul, production manager at this scam company, claiming he only got 2 email's from me, even though I've sent about 12 to 4/5 different email addresses, also says he doesn't know who I am 😂😂 my name is in my email address, I've also given my order details 3 times to different email addresses. Paul was quick to give me attitude instead of customer service, he also stated you only get writing on one mat at the driver's heel pad,after I told him that's what I got on my order, so I told him that his advert stated, writing on the edge of 2 front mats only,I also attached a screenshot of his advert to my email😂🤣🤣😂.He was also quick enough to tell me "this order can't be changed"no offer of a refund either, even though I paid £4.99 extra for the writing stating that I wanted it on the edge facing the door on both of my mats, and they accepted my order and took £39.98 +£2.99 for delivery £42.97 in total from me,a waste of money. Now after numerous emails Paul is not talking to me😭😭,by the way, the advert still stated 2 front mats only,on the 11th of June 2024,a week after I ordered my mats.The mats are also thin and they slide about the footwell, unlike what they claim on their advert.This company should be called scam-mat-kings.Seriously people AVOID this company, they only want your cash, they have no idea what customer service is, AVOID,by the way,you can get better, thicker mats with your car model stamped on the edge in rubber, facing the doors for £17 from a different company,I should have got them instead, but I thought I was getting quality mats going by this advert, so please take my warning and AVOID these scammers 💩👎👎🚫🚫🤬💩💩💩💩
