What a breath of fresh air. No pushy sales people.
We saw the car we wanted online and emailed ahead.
Danny E got back to us the following day. We had also seen another vehicle on the site. Had a good look round initial car but found a couple of minor cosmetic issues. ( which were addressed promptly). Went for a drive in the second car. Loved it. Fiesta St line x. This was the car for me. Had a drive in original car but found second one to be far better.
Got the price we wanted for our old Yaris. Picked up 2 days later. Had a week of hassle free driving. Will definitely recommend carlingo to anyone who is willing to listen 10/10

From the first phone call enquiring about to the car to picking it up they were so helpful. No pressure and let me look around the car in my own time. Helped me cancel the road tax on my old car and tax the new one. A pleasure to deal with and would recommend to anyone.

A really lovely car-buying experience - thank you very much! A great selection of cars, friendly and helpful staff and salespeople, with no pressure, and a proper willingness to answer all our questions. We travelled over 4 hours to get to Carlingo for the car we wanted to purchase - and it was well worth it! Amy was great.

I had a friendly welcome from Adam who took me straight to the car I had come to view.
I was given plenty of time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle which I am well capable of doing.
I was unable to start the engine or take a test drive as the battery was flat and the car had been in stock for a long time.
However, having done all the checks I wished to do I decided to make the purchase which I did and was provided with the initial paperwork.
The following day two emails were received asking for information from me and a copy of the new owners driving licence and these were sent immediately to the correct email address for Adam.
I subsequently confirmed the collection time as agreed and payment but received a call when I was only about 7 minutes from Carlingo to see if I was actually coming as my emails appear not to have been read.
On arrival the car was ready and another salesman Jo dealt with the handover but did not have my emails with the new owner details which I had sent. I was therefore asked to resend them to process the handover which I did.
That paperwork then progressed satisfactorily including payment for the Road Tax.
I pointed out that I had not driven the vehicle.
The vehicle was well valeted and prepared for handover and in the drive home performed entirely as expected, nice car.
In summary an excellent car in good order, friendly sales team, nice surroundings but slightly let down by a lack of joined up administrative writing which needs improvement.

Really good, relaxed experience when we bought our Mini Countryman. Danny let us look at a couple of options we had seen online and left us to look at them both after giving us some useful info to bear in mind. He answered all the questions we had on the history of the car and services, etc which gave us great peace of mind. I would certainly recommend Carlingo based on our positive experience.

Walked in without an appointment and greeted immediately, shown the car we had seen online, given lots of time to view it alone, no sales pressure, test driven with Sam who was very helpful with his knowledge and advice, we bought the car. Could not fault any of the experience.

We came to Carlingo as my niece had bought her car from them and they had a few different models of what we were looking for.

I was a bit apprehensive as I don't like pushy salesmen! However I had a great experience and I approached Stuart rather than the other way round. He was really helpful and professional, not pushy at all and didn't make us feel rushed in any way. Once we had decided on the car and done a test drive we went to do the paperwork.

All communication was great, I can't fault anything and when we came in to collect the car it was Joey dealing with it and he was also lovely.

Loving the new car and would recommend Carlingo :)
