Ordered 3 weeks ago, still not arrived, tried to contact them to no avail! Total scam! I have now got a FREE carers card from my local council as I am a unpaid carer for parents, this entitles me to the same discounts this one does too and took 3 days to arrive, all I have is an automated reply saying must be lost in post they'll send another so allow another 14 days!

We have recently had a family traumatic event that has changed our lives. 3 weeks ago our grandchildren came to live with us. We didn't know what what to do .......we were told about carers card as we were struggling with our finances. Thanks to the card we can manage a little better now and the girls and our selves are getting there slowly but surely. It does help so go for it.

Last year l purchased a Carers Card primarily so that l could show it on occasions that l accompanied my husband to events at no charge. Now he is in a wheelchair it’s easy to see but you can get lots of advice and discounts on things through the card. We have purchased several ecards for Sainsbury and Argos.

I am really pleased with the card,its very helpful especially for bus travel.

Very impressed with my Carers Card, it was accepted at the first store that I tried to use it in and while the individual discount wasn't huge, this, coupled with the other places I tried using it in (and was accepted) have made a significant difference to the amount of money that I spend.

Purchased one for myself and mother as both carers. It's really good to have this card, £8 cost for 3 years is so worth it. Look forward to using it in future, hope to get a discount for local gym as good for my mental health. Great to see Carers getting recognition in some way. I am telling anyone I know who is carer, especialy when they don't see themselves as a carer (which there are many) to apply for it.
