I was offered to give a review on here for this company.
1. I will NEVER work there again
2. Management and HR do not communicate at all.
3. Tech support is so rude and out of order it's not a joke
4.pay is great!!!!!!!!!!!!
5.1 trainer was bashing the next trainer to other agents. Which was absolutely rude!
From the beginning we were moved into this company while they were merging with Carenet Health Care Serv. from Stericycle. It was the worst merge ever. We had so many difficuties and I can not stress enough about how bad the equipment is.
They sent me 3 different devices and neither worked properly and 1 of those 3 belonged to Carenetsims not even for the client we were working with with.
I resigned from that company and wherther they care or not this company isn't for me and I won't give them 1-2 stars because it wasn't ON Carenet it's the individuals who they hired.
HR/OM'S/Supervisors need more training.
Training is great but it's not the best when you have trainers being rude to other trainers. Telling agents how bad she teachs and constantly gossiping with agents.
For a trainer to say "I don't care if managment see's this" Yeah that was my cue that this isn't for me.
To tell specific agents "Yeah she isn't a great trainer." That is rude and gossiping. I won't add any names to this for legal purposes. This company could be better if they would work on who they hire and watch them as much as they watch us.
CAMERA: I understand we have to be on camera but Trainers/OM's/ Supervisor's were more concerned with camera's being on than what was actually happening in training.
