Called on a Saturday to offer the donation of a vehicle.
The helpful staff member took some brief information, and told me the vehicle could be collected by their towing contractor on Monday. The towing company called me as promised with the time of arrival for pick up, and arrived promptly. The polite & professional driver had the vehicle loaded,provided a confirmation of donation document, and was driving away in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was very professional & very organized.
