In 2014 when I joined my family's small business in the automotive industry, I realized that we were getting ripped off with our credit card processing company. The charges each month were extremely high, much higher than previous years with them, and the statements were impossible to interpret. I did some research and found a lot of helpful information on the Cardfellow website. After appreciating the info on tiered pricing and all of the bad practices that many companies do, I signed up for quotes on Cardfellow. We were able to secure an agreement with a company that promised to keep the same pricing, no contract, etc. and it worked great for our small business. Cardfellow was great at helping with all of the questions I had, as well as taking a look at our statements for us 2x a year to make sure that our processing company was sticking to their original quote. Ben did catch extra fees a few times and let us know how to talk to the company about them (they were then reimbursed). We have had several other companies approach us (including our bank) asking to see our statements so that they could "beat" it and have us switch companies. No one could beat the company we have, not even our bank! It is very comforting to know that we have knowledgeable, honest people on our side at Cardfellow. If you've done your research on credit card processing companies you'll know that it's the wild west...CardFellow is a guide through all the craziness. Once you find them you'll realize how screwed everyone else is getting. Very responsive, hands-on experience that resulted in a great fit for our dental office. I've happily referred lots of colleagues.

I wholeheartedly recommend CardFellow to anyone who accepts credit cards. I found CardFellow after a horrible experience with my previous processor. After being lied to directly, I signed up with a processor only to discover that what I signed was a 4 year contract including paying a leasing fee for a credit card machine that exceeded the cost of the machine over the length of the contract by 300%. The effective rate I was paying was a little under 5% with all of the Bulls*%^@ fees and charges. I let this contract run out and found CardFellow. I now pay less than 2% and I can call the owner of my new processor any time I have a question or problem. No more add-on fees and charges and my account settles the next day. I tell my business-owner friends about CardFellow every chance I get and because so many people have been screwed by processors, many of them think that what CardFellow does is too good to be true. I'm here to tell you that it is all true and using CardFellow could be one of the best business decisions you may ever make.

I learned about CardFellow when I was trying to find out more about how credit card processing worked in order to identify a way to save our small business some money. Things seemed too good to be true at first, but Ben answered all of my questions and even helped us get out of the relationship with our other processor when they became aggressive. Switched to Cardfellow after consistently paying higher rates with another processor. Rates have been over a point lower since the switch, still low after six months. Did not expect this positive of an experience, was very pleasantly surprised.

When I tasked my employee to research a new credit card processor, Card Fellow was the first resource that she had on her list. She found lots of good, critical praise for it on Reddit. After doing my own research and due diligence, Card Fellow turned out to be the gem! I talked to several credit card processors, and even they had high respect for CardFellow. Card Fellow negotiates aggressively on behalf of people who use it as a matching tool to get linked up with credit card processors. Card Fellow rates are locked in. Ben also was of great help. He was very responsive to email and we even set up a call where he took me through the math behind the quotes I got. He helped me see that the quote from Payment Depot wasn't actually as good as it seemed due to the monthly fee I hadn't calculated in. When it was all said and done, I signed up with TSYS, whom other ISOs sell (cutting out the middleman, going direct to the source, and getting the best rate for credit card processing that I've ever had).

On top of that I'm what's known as a high risk merchants because I sell consulting services that aren't fulfilled within 12 month's time. TSYS worked with me to get approved at 1 of its two processing banks. It feels good to be approved as a high-risk merchant---and I'm not paying a higher rate due to being high risk.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARD FELLOW. Don't contact credit card processors outside of Card Fellow, they won't get you as good of a rate.

2021 update: 6 months into service, I got an email request from CardFellow to send them my statement from my credit card processor to ensure that what I signed up for is what I'm getting. I couldn't be more pleased and impressed. Thank you Ben!!!!

I was looking at my credit card rates and wanted to lower my costs. CardFellow took the time to explain very clearly the differences about the rates, to get the costs down. He walked me through the process and I am happy to say it is saving me money. I'm glad I talked with CardFellow.

Great free service that really helps to navigate a very tricky and misleading industry. I was on a tiered plan and was paying very high fees for years. With the help of Ben Dwyer and CardFellow I got multiple quotes that CF helped facilitate. I selected Payment Depot a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier so far. I even got a better swipe fee going through CF. Definitely worth your time to sign up with CardFellow if you are in search of a new cc processor.
