Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I have a beauty supply retail store and had gotten a chargeback. The representative from Card and Beyond really went beyond and walked with me every step of the way, updates sent on timely manner, very professional and knowledgeable. And the chargeback was resolved the matter within days. No more sorting through piles of receipt papers! Thank you!

A few months ago, we purchased a sushi-making machine, R1 for my Full serving Japanese restaurant from Card & Beyond, which carries a product manufactured by a reputable Japanese company. From the moment we began consulting to the actual purchase and even through the after-sales service, Moses Lee from Card & Beyond has been nothing short of outstanding. His expertise, quick responses, and dedication to ensuring a smooth experience left a strong impression on me.
At my restaurant, this machine has truly been a game-changer. Our sushi chefs love how it streamlines their work without compromising on quality, and even our customers sitting at the sushi bar are fascinated by how it works. While the investment might seem significant upfront, it's one of those rare purchases where you immediately recognize its value when used correctly. It has not only improved efficiency but has also enhanced the overall dining experience for our guests.
I wholeheartedly recommend this machine for anyone considering it. It’s a purchase that pays for itself in the long run. And I can't say enough good things about Moses Lee—his professionalism, excellent communication, and sense of responsibility made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.
캘리포니아에서 식당을 여러개 하고 있습니다. 그 중 일식당에서는 팬데믹 이후에 캘리포니아에서 스시 쉐프 구하기가 정말 너무나도 어려워서 알아보던 중에, R1 제품을 알게 되었고 검색하던 도중에 Card & Beyond사에서 판매중인 제품의 가격이 가장 합리적인 것을 알게되었어요. 담당 직원분(Moses Lee)께 며칠에 걸쳐 여러가지 궁금증과 정보를 요청 드렸는데, 성심성의껏 답변 주시고 고민끝에 R1을 구입했구요. 배송도 안전하고 빠르게 잘 받았습니다. 구입하면서 가장 걱정인 부분은 분해조립 및 디테일한 세팅이었는데, 이 것에 대한 동영상과 정보들도 다 공유를 해주셔서 스트레스가 없었습니다. 세팅 후 실사용 할 때 잘 모르겠는 부분이 생겨서 질문 드렸더니, 정말 책임감있게 도와주시고, 주말이었음에도 불구하고 전문가(테크니션)분까지 페이스타임으로 친절히 알려주셔서 잘 해결 할 수 있었습니다. R1 제품은 두세달 이용하시면, 본전 뽑았다고 생각이 듭니다. 그만큼 강력 추천하고, Card & Beyond 사의 다른 아이템들을 이용해야 한다면, 저는 주저 않고 이용 할 것 같습니다.
