Good service

The team at card saver has been able to reassess our requirements and get a good price on terminal rental and processing fees.
I guess this makes us feel like valued clients as we were nearing renewal and being bombarded with good deals.
Thanks to Card Saver, we have saved some money on what were already great rates.

A happy Card Saver customer....

We have been a customer of Card Saver for a few years now and they recently contacted us to advise that they could get us a better deal on our card machines. The whole process was amazingly smooth and easy. Any questions were answered swiftly and professionally and we are happy to now have a great deal with Card Saver. A special thank you to Sean Clancy and Jamie Cleary who have both got amazing customer service skills. I would highly recommend Card Saver to any business that values customer service, support and a really good deal in these testing times for businesses.

Amazing customer service

Suzie was great on giving us an update on some changes to our account we requested. Also sorted out another question we had and did it straight away.

Contract Renewal …

I have just renewed my card processing contract with Sean Clancy of Card Saver, Looking forward, my monthly fees have been reduced by nearly 20%!
The whole process was made much less arduous thanks to Sean’s assistance.

Someone called paul m answered the call it took a little while but sorted it out at the end, only issue internet is very slow (. Not my end. )

Mis-sold me a contract with Trust…

Mis-sold me a contract with Trust payments. Told me nothing about a £500 payment to Mastercard which unfortunately i missed on the contract then told me in writing it was a one off payment only to find out its annual. Now i have had to switch off my website or keep paying the £500 and on top of the I have to pay for a portal that does not work.
Please be very careful with this business.
