Card saver is known to have a lot of court disputes

Card saver is a company that has wrongly taken me to court .I will be dealing with them in court soon and after that I will be sending my case to the FCA .I haven't started yet.
Update
I dealt with Card saver today in court.The case was dismissed due to Card saver breaching the contract.
Have fun ,I know I did.

CARD SAVER A FRAUD CHECK YOUR RATES

We joined Card Saver in 2020 and have since experienced nothing but issues. The rates we were charged were not what we agreed to, and when we raised the matter, the company conveniently changed our package again. Their excuse? The agent who originally signed us up is no longer with them, and they "can’t check." This is completely unacceptable—those agents represented Card Saver, and the company is fully responsible for their actions.

We are now being chased for £500 simply because we cancelled a contract that was mis-sold from the start. Over the course of our relationship, we estimate we lost approximately £20,000 due to the incorrect rates we were charged.

To make matters worse, Card Saver has passed our case to three different debt collection agencies. Each time, the agency drops the case once we provide evidence, only for Card Saver to send the case to yet another agency. This cycle of harassment is completely unjustified.

In contrast, we have been with Elavon for three years and have never had a single issue. Transparent, professional, and fair.

Our advice: Check your rates and contracts carefully if you are with Card Saver. Our experience has been deeply disappointing and costly.

Fraudulent behaviour should not be tolerated. We strongly advise caution when dealing with this company.

dont use this company for your business, they tried to get debt collectors on me and tried to fine me £1500.

stay very clear or you will regret it.
