AVOID
Sold a contract with Trust Payments which was not suitable for my small business. After signing, minimum charges were applied which made them more expensive than my current provider. Worse of all was a £500 Mastercard fee. I was assured and have in writing that it was a one off payment which turned out to be a annual payment. I also get a PCI compliance charge but no info on how to comply.
Please please avoid.

Everything possible done to send replacement of faulty card machine with minimal delay.

Stay well clear! They have tactics. First they rang offered a good deal but soon it appeared that what we really signed up for was much different, an expensive 5yr contract. Despite contact and apparently listening to their recording of salesman Call they still fighting. Now company closed they threatening bailliefs and fight to stop company closing. Just another stress u really don't need with everything that's going off. Big liers
