I wish I could give it negative 10 stars. I don’t understand the 5 star reviews. My teeth did not get white at all. It’s messy, my sink and mirror gets really messy and I don’t feel any difference in the color of my teeth. I still have the product from years ago, I thought the company went bankrupt so I looked it up and found out they still exist… I seriously want my money back. Unbelievably horrible product. (The black powder)

It is so weird i always ordered fron them without any issues. And then placed an order december 2nd and was charged but nothing happened. They don't reply to emails either.

So so BAD!!

I have placed my order 1 month ago.
No tracking update, no package, no customer service, no instagram reply and no reply from their forum also.
It is just so anoying at this point where they don't even bother replying to you.
U paid for something that you even dont know where your package is and no way to get a refund cause they just ignore you.

So BAD!!!

I purchased the tooth polish from Carbon coco in January this year. It was sent via "tracked" shipping via the post office . It also said to allow for more days due to COVID related delays.

I tried following up on my package via the tracking number provided as well as asking my local post office several times . They said they are not able to locate it via the tracking number provided by Carbon Coco.

When I asked Carbon Coco for assistance on finding my order or refunding my money , they send me a link to their policy stating the order is older than 60 days. .So basically they are ok with taking your money ,not fulfilling your order and then hitting you with an unfair policy .

This company has shaken my faith in online shopping .But also the customer service and response to my query was the worst I have ever experienced to date .

I don't recommend anyone buy their products if from another country because they don't seem to care where you get your order or not .

I give 4 stars for the toothpaste,because I like it very much...it doesn't do a super whitening but it clean very well your teeth...I have used for more than 6 months and I will continue to use it.
The rest I try it but i am not very impressed...

Carbon coco is probably amongst the best whitening products there are. Noninvasive as well in my opinion. Friends started asking me how come my teeth are so white after I started using the carbon powder and I didn't even use it everyday. I now use it 1 to 2 times a week and it's enough to maintain my teeth white and healthy.

I have been scammed they told me that my order is suspicious (500$) order, I sent all documents ( bank statement, id, my credit card) and it has been a week that they are not answering and I request to cancel the order if it is suspicious they are not answering took the money and no answer

Almost 2 months, never received. Scam

There was definitely no whitening whatsoever. I used for quite a while with no results at all and is so messy, gets everywhere in the sink, I actually have to rub my lips to get it off. Also bought their toothbrush to make sure this won’t be a flaw or get mine black. But just a waste of money..

I have tried many different Teeth Whitening products in the past, including whitening strips and UV light products, but nothing seemed to work. Just after the first week or two of using Carbon Coco Whitening Powder and Toothpaste, I received several compliments on my teeth! Best and safest way to get a great smile! Never going back to other products.

I've been using Carbon Coco for a while and I have definitely seen visible results. It doesnt have a strong taste so it's not overwhelming which is good. If you want pearly whites, I recommend this product!!

I love using my Carbon Coco, and this is probably my third order. It has made my teeth whiter and i love how its more natural and not full of chemicals like other toothpastes. highly recommend and worth the purchase.

I absolutely cannot get enough of these products, in particular the activated charcoal toothpaste. After each use, my teeth feel so clean and fresh. Not to mention the amazing toothpaste flavours, sakura mint is my absolute fav!! Ever since purchasing carbon coco, I haven't bothered using any other toothpaste brands. Definitely worth every cent! :)

I bought the Carbon Coco teeth whitening polish and honesty I love it! My teeth started looking brighter in less than a month! My mom noticed the difference and jumped on board as well, apart from the whitening, my teeth also feels healthier, would definitely recommend any Carbon Coco product, it’s affordable and does the job. A while back, I bought their activated charcoal toothpaste in Sakura Mint and fell in love. I'm not a fan of mint at all but the sakura mint removes the strong mint taste and smell into a more pleasant one. After I used the toothpaste, my teeth are whiter than they were before which is amazing considering I don't use their activated charcoal tooth polish.
