DHL tog betalt för express, men när sökte leveransen sa svarade dom att dom inte har utkörning till vårt område. 8 kilometer från centum. Sedan fel telefonnummer och adress. trots att det står rätt på order och följesedel. DHL är mer sämre än sämst.

Ordered a pre filled grease gun. Very quick email to say out of stock that’s not a problem as it was resolved pretty quickly but it was a gun and grease that we had to fill so not as sold.

Hi Luke, Thankyou for review. We are sorry for the confusion, the record does show that the grease is "supplied" in the title, the long description and on your order confirmation. However we do appreciate it does still say filled in the short description, which we will now rectify.
We changed the way it is supplied a while ago, so that customers could see that genuine Amblygon grease was supplied/used, as we discovered that another supplier was supplying the grease gun filled with an inferior grease, which could lead to bearing failure and a catastrophic failure of the pump.
Should you require the grease to be squeezed into the gun on a future order, please let us know at the time of ordering and we will happily take a moment to do this for you.
