Excellent experience with Carateu
I had an excellent experience with Carateu from start to finish and can wholeheartedly recommend them.
From the very first contact, the communication was outstanding. Raiha was incredibly responsive, and professional, answering all my questions. At every stage of the process I felt well informed and confident, which is especially important when purchasing something as significant as a diamond. The shipment was prepared with great care. The package actually arrived earlier than expected and without any issues. Everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. As for the diamond itself, I am absolutely delighted. The quality is exceptional, and it looks great in natural daylight. On top of that, the pricing of the stones is very fair and competitive, offering excellent value for the quality provided.
Overall, this was a seamless and very positive experience. I would not hesitate to use Carateu’s services again in the future and will definitely be recommending them to others.

Great experience buying a loose diamond from this site. Excellent value for money, no customs fees within the EU, and very fast delivery. Raiha was extremely helpful, keeping me updated throughout the process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Diamond purchase went smoothly
I decided to purchase a diamond from CaratEU. They have a plentiful selection of stones of all shapes & sizes to find anything you would ever even think of. The pricing is pretty aggressive which is the primary reason I chose them in the first place.
From me asking for information, to going into the purchase, the payment, and then the shipment, Raiha from CaratEU was absolutely on top of it from start to finish, very proactive in making sure everything went smoothly, answering my questions, even taking pictures & videos of the stone in real life lighting at my demand. All in all a great experience that I would surely recommend to anyone. Everything went well and was very transparent.
