Hello,they are claiming 24/7 service but nobody answers,ever. No number you can call and no chance to reach them anywhere. They tell you to write on their email but noone will ever answer. If anybody has a way i can reach them,please share it. Thank you

Passei no desafio 5k, ao solicitar o primeiro saque minha conta foi bloqueada e não consigo realizar nenhuma operação, já abri um chamado no email de suporte, pelo site, por WhatsApp e ninguém respondeu.

Estou decepcionado, achei que a CapxMaster fosse uma empresa séria.

Mandei e-mail, chamei no WhatsApp e não tive retorno algum, passei no desafio e já estou com a conta live mas não posso abrir nenhuma ordem

Até o momento me pareceu ser uma empresa seria. Acabei de passar no desafio de 5k e não tenho reclamação contra a empresa.

I would like to leave my review here from the proprietary desk, and I do not recommend it to anyone. To give you an idea, the NASDAQ spread usually varies from broker to broker and the average is 180 to 300 points at most. And this desk has a spread of 1300 points, which is completely ridiculous. XauUSD is the same thing. With this absurd spread, there is also a high commission that makes no sense at all. At XauUSD, I entered some trades with different lots, some with 0.05, 0.1 and 0.07, and all were charged a commission of $5, regardless of the size of the open lot. With this, the desk forces the trader to enter larger lots in order to compensate for the costs and the high spread, increasing the risk. They will probably claim that the costs are linked to the broker "namirtrader" and that it is not their fault. The strangest thing is that this brokerage is new, just like the proprietary desk. Even buying an assessment with a 90% discount is not worth it because it is very difficult to get approved and even if the person gets it, there is no way of knowing if they will pay. If it is already all this difficult to get approved, imagine afterwards. In short, don't buy it and just waste your time in vain.

It's a scam guys. Nowadays in INSTAGRAM they are giving one advertisement about $5 for 5K scorpion account. i am bought that account before 02 days, but still not yet received the account details and also there is no response from their team by mail and customer service. Very worst. Don't buy, buy buy with Capxmaster.

The worst prop firm I’ve tried, you can not find all of the rules at one place, on the website it says stop loss required, which sounds reasonable, but what they don’t tell you is that you CAN NOT have your stop loss less than 80 pips on any trade. So if you want to do a little scalping your stop loss minimum required is 80 pips?! How helpful. They say we will help you 24/7 but when you email them, because you want to know all of the rules, they don’t answer. Avoid this prop firm at all costs. It’s better to pay more money for a trustworthy prop firm.

They are scammers, they are based in Prague in Citytower, they don't pay out, when I wanted to pay out they wrote that they are breaking up with me because I wrote a bad review

Trading with Capxmaster is an interesting challenge for me. The application is fast enough and clear in the case of several shops. Unfortunately, with a larger number of open positions, the application does not allow you to scale, filter or sort according to your own criteria. That makes orientation in the application more difficult.
I expected more from a 21st century app, but so far the app is helping me achieve my goal.
It is also necessary to point out that the application does not offer shares traded on some European stock exchanges, which was not presented anywhere before opening the application. Communication with the representative is working.

Obchoduji u nich cca měsíc, spready celkem ujdou, ale nejvíce mi vyhovuje individuální přístup, kdykoliv s něčím potřebuji pomoci, tak se mám komu ozvat.

Výběr toho co člověk může obchodovat je oproti ostatním prop firmám o mnoho širší, což je určitě pozitivní.

Měl jsem dostat živý účet u společnosti Capxmaster a vypověděli mi smlouvu. Nechtějí ziskové obchodníky takže silně nedoporučuji!

They are the definition of scammers!! It is at least their 3rd re-branded company. From what I know the previous company was called Bid ask Bit. They are always promising you how much money you will be making with them and if you earn they earn and if you lose, they lose as well. BULLSH!T!! DONT GET SCAMMED!!. They promise you guidance, some proffesional guy. He/She is not, evenhought they think they are. At the beggining you will start earning some small % of profit and everything would looks like a dream, but after couple weaks you will suddenly lose everything. They come back at you with a call where they promise you that if you give them one more chance and 100% more money they could get it back. DONT GET FOOLED! They are doing this years.
I was told that they are getting a lot of money if they lose your savings. Not sure how they are doing it, but they do. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU!!

brand new firm (dec 2023), few things do seem fishy/straight up not making sense

1)pricing model - its like they scanned the market for prices for certain account sizes and instead of slashing it in half like many firms do to attract customers, they....doubled it? who is going to buy 10k acc for 150$ lol

2)broker - "we have trusted broker" - literally "trust me bro"

3)no social media presence, no twitter, no telegram/discord, they didnt even claim their trustpilot

4)10% & 5% targets - seriously? todays norm is 8% unless youre a giant like ftmo

5) 6 different account names, with effectively like 2 variations, basically only difference is size

6) unclear terms&conditions, "funded accounts have specific rules, please check t&c", when opening onsite t&c and ctrl+f "funded" brings up 0 results
