My recent trip to Almaty, Kazakhstan, booked through this agency Capture a trip Gaurav yadav , was an absolute disaster. The group mentor, who was from India, displayed incredibly unprofessional and rude behavior throughout the trip. He consistently avoided taking responsibility for any issues that arose, which were numerous.
The agency seemed to have a monopoly on every activity, forcing us into overpriced restaurants where we were charged significantly more than the local rate. This pattern continued with horse rides, where we were charged 15,000 Tenge compared to the standard 10,000 Tenge. Even simple places like the chocolate market and other attractions came with inflated prices for our group. The horses provided for the rides were untrained, leading to people falling off. Cabs were also an additional, unexpected expense.
Beyond breakfast, every meal and amenity came with an extra charge, making the 'all-inclusive' nature of the trip a complete lie. It was a truly bullshit experience. To add insult to injury, our luggage was not properly cared for; bags got wet, and our clothes were soaked. This agency charged a premium price but delivered a bare-bones, low-budget experience with zero attention to guest comfort or safety. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking with them to look elsewhere.

(The India team was equally unprofessional. They charged us for double occupancy rooms but then forced us to share rooms with three people. Just two days before our flight, when I tried to cancel, they claimed it was non-refundable. They collected full payment well in advance, allowing them to make changes at their convenience. When I inquired about the package details, no one seemed to have a clear understanding; they kept passing me from one person to another. After getting a number from a fourth person, I finally received a partial update)
This is not enough many things happened.
Worst experience ever. They are so unprofessional. Shark tank stop helping them they are not worth.
