I played a free promotion and didn't win. Then today I play another promotion that they emailed me. I won like 24$ and had to play through 350$ after I played through that and had a 50.18 balance I went to cashier to cash out and it wanted me to verify my wallet after I had already done that. The service representative said I need to have a 0 balance then deposit at least 30$ then he took my 50$ winnings and abruptly cut off the chat. Very disappointed
