Signed up and couldn't login again.

Created a new account and failed again, reset passwords multiple times across multiple accounts to no avail. I had such high hopes )-:

We've been using Capsule for 18 months now and find it a very easy and intuitive CRM to use. Everything is where you would expect to find it, there is good customisation and you can add as much detail as you like to each customer and opportunity.

One particularly useful feature is the ability to add and customise activity types. This is especially helpful in seeing how we engage with our customers.

I would highly recommend Capsule to any company looking to introduce a CRM system for the first time. It’s user friendly, and has helped streamline how we manage our data. The support from the Capsule team has been brilliant, always responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making the system work for us.

We use Capsule CRM as one of the core functions of managing our Customers, Quotes, Invoices and Workflow, integrated with the Xero accounting suite, and the Square payment platform. Capsule is easy to use, highly affordable and richly functional. The seamless integration of Capsule with Xero reduces our quoting and invoicing workload.

Abysmal customer service, not helpful at all.

Lacks usability and not great integration wise. I wouldn't recommend this at all!

I've been using Capsule for many years, it's been great to seem them grow and add features as the years have passed. The interface is nice and lightweight, really clean, I never get lost in it, unlike other platforms.

Support is really responsive and always are a great help. All round a great experience that helps me grow our business.

We made the move to Capsule because we needed an affordable CRM option for our small, but growing company. We've been very pleased with both the functionality, support, and affordability of Capsule.

All inclusive value for money CRM which is powerful and adaptable. I have been using this software for many years and it just grown. Showing how dedicated the Dev team are to the project, With this the tools available have grown. The service is fast and the support agents know how to correct any issues. I am very happy with my decision to purchase Capsule.

Capsule helps our remote PR team keep track of which media contacts have been pitched, where new business stands and so much more. I could run my firm without it!

They are refusing to pay for the Twitter API, meaning they've removed the feature. We pay enough in subscription fees for them to afford it, should be adding new features not removing them. Poor. Will cancel for my entire organisation if it isn't brought back.

To be honest, almost everything is amazing! It's user friendly, interface is simple and not "over-designed", It's almost perfect. I'm on the free plan and I'm having the time of my life. When I do upgrade (which I plan to), it is definitely worth it!

One thing tho: I know you have capsule form feature which could be embedded on external personal websites. However, most of us use third party marketplace platforms to host our products and services even though we use custom domains. So we cannot really use this feature.

In light of this, a stand-alone (no code) form link feature (similar to google form links) that allows clients to directly provide their information to capsule so that their details are automatically registered on capsule after a purchase and they get automated onboarding emails? That will make my life 100% easier.

I'd just copy/paste that capsule form link and use as a redirection after every purchase.

Right now, I'm having to enter them manually and it's an administrative hell for me and my team!

If you could look into this and actually integrate it, that will be amazing.

I love using Capsule because it helps keep you very organized. You can see yours and others daily tasks at a glance and can add tasks for others as well. The home page lets you see what is happening in your company and the whole software is very user friendly even for those who are not tech savvy. My favorite part is checking off tasks, such a accomplished feeling!

We have been Capsule customers for nearly three years and love it. Very simple and easy to use. It took us a few hours to customise for our business processes (compared to 12 months of expensive consultants time it took at my previous job for Salesforce!).
We love the Office 365 integration.
Just started to use the Transpond marketing automation integration which is lovely.
Excited about the Workflow automation but not used that yet.

The problem with many CRM systems is too long of a learning curve. I love Capsule CRM because it's super easy to use from day one but it packs a lot of power and so many useful features. Highly recommended!

Using capsule has been a great experience and it only gets better and more powerful with continued use. It's easy to use, intuitive, has more features than I could possibly use and keeps me organized and on task. Great product and I've used them all....ACT, Address Two, Goldmine and a couple others that were not worth the effort to import my contacts.

I use Capsule for several of my clients as it's easy to use and anyone can use this CRM system. I love that it shows all of the client's details on the profile page from invoices, pipelines, tasks, and e-mail trails. Everything is in one place making navigation easy. It has several integration options and has clearly defined tags, opportunities, and Project sections.

A great CRM for my business, never any issues and always on hand to help if needed. I only use the basics functions for now but there is a lot more I am sure I can benefit from. Good Job Capsule team.

Capsule is by far the best application I have used to help me manage all areas of my business.
Capsule allows me to capture the organisations I interact with, track, prioritise and schedule my daily tasks, identify and follow with my sales prospects (and provide me with the projected potential earnings), as well allow me to see the progression of my individual Projects all from the one interface.
I'm not in anyway affiliated with Capsule, but after trialling many other options, I felt it necessary to leave this review so other small business owners can find out about Capsule also.
