Beautiful Showroom
Had a fantastic experience at the Caple showroom in Avonmouth. The space is beautifully designed with a great range of stylish, high-quality kitchens, and the team were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful - no hard sell.
Plus, the lovely chocolate orange brownies on offer with a beautiful hot coffee made the visit even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new kitchen, kitchen appliances or even just a little kitchen inspiration!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, they suggested that I purchase a spare item so I qualify for free delivery. After I had made my purchase online I received a phone call from them confirming my name and contact details and to confirm when my order will be delivered. Top class company and service, they can't do enough for their customers to ensure they're fully satisfied. Other companies could learn alot from Capel in how to run a business and how to treat their customers.

Personal/small business feel ruined by clueless courier
Essentially it’s the all too common issue, nice company with good customer service let down by using a rubbish courier. In my view the delivery service when shopping online is near as important as the business itself. The price of the item was excellent, payment was easy, a rep even checked the details before sending..it felt very hands on and careful but things fell off a cliff with the carrier, they showed up rang I think the wrong bell and then left, what’s more annoying is you get a text saying they have been unsuccessful and gone immediately they leave ..nothing you can do then, why not text to say they’ve arrived?? First day I informed the rep this had happened and expected it would be a chronic issue and basically, they left it to me to sort out when I thought they should have got involved as the person paying the carriage/with the contract. I was essentially powerless to intervene and the next day it happened again, verbatim..I was very annoyed and cancelled the order, the rep didn’t seem to know what was going on and the refund confirmation was vague. It did come in in the next few days fine. Check if they are using dpd local when you order..if so..think twice if your address isn’t straight forward for deliveries.

Poor Quality Freezer
We purchased a RIF1800 built in freezer back in June 2022. Now 3 years later, conveniently outside the warranty period. The freezer literally apart. The freezing element frosted over and cracked the top panel. Then the entire thing got so large it stopped the door closing. Finally the whole thing fell down on to the top shelf. Including the fan. To reveal bulges in the side walls (looks like from manufacture) and exposing that it’s all held together with sticky tape, literally. So disappointed, this looked like a great product when purchased, but turned out to be unreliable. We also have a matching RIL1800 built in fridge. That’s working fine for now we’re satisfied with the fridge.

Great experience at the Caple Studio today! Seeing the appliances in action with a live cooking demonstration made a huge difference and really helped us understand how everything works. The team were knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you’re considering Caple appliances.

Ten out of ten, perfect.
Chose a Caple microwave because it was the only one on the market to fit the weird small space in my kitchen. But I am genuinely very happy with it. Buttons and a knob, no touch controls, manual door open, intuitive UI. Perfect! It is really well designed. Simple, looks smart, does what I actually want, well, without clutter.
Caple called to verify delivery details, courier straight to my door, easy installation. 10/10 a perfect product and great experience. Thank you!

Hannah was a great help this week. I had an order that was a little delayed by the courier and after speaking with her, she tracked it and gave me an ETA, then checked again later in the day and updated me and then checked AGAIN when the tracking said the item had been delivered - can't ask for better service than that :)
