Canvas for a 90th birthday gift, absolutely beautiful,requested a couple of photos to be swapped and was done very quickly, no hassle, service was excellent. I will be using this company again and would highly recommend.

I used this company for the first time and I will definitely use again.

Lots of competition in this field but I chose them due to the good reviews and being a reasonably local company (Milton Keynes).

Good from start to finish in terms of communication, and made sure I changed the sizing so my images fitted perfectly.

Highly recommended.

I researched for a good Canvas printer on AI & it suggested CPS as the no. 1 choice- high def finish & home grown British! NOT disappointed!!! Absolutely AMAZING 🤩-SO DELIGHTED!!!!!
Had 2 other prints done by the online generic company PBX & they were not good!!! Waste of money now I know how good they should have been!
This print by CPS is BREATHTAKING - shop quality & a quick service - a weeks not bad! They send a preview & I said what I’d like altered which they did to perfection!
As I look at my image I literally feel like I’m back in that scene as the colours & definition are impeccable!! If I could give 10/10 I would!!!!!!

I ordered a custom made canvas and I have to say the result is absolutely brilliant. You are sent confirmation of what your canvas will look like online and you have to either approve or disapprove it before the final printing. It arrived properly packaged and very promptly. I just want to thank this company for my purchase and fully recommend it to others.

At each stage including preview and recommendations with visuals supplied and completion of job and posting all in a timely fashion. Will most certainly be placing future orders.

Utterly disappointed, paid for priority shipping on the Tuesday for Father’s Day on the Sunday. Parcel arrived Monday(today after Father’s Day) £12.50 shipping- pointless. And now after receiving my late father’s day gift, the framed print is dirty on the inside with all black bits on the white card. Has hair on the pvc glass, frame not put together properly and backing put the wrong way round to hang. ( all pictured and send to the company aswell as separate email about shipping delay. Still awaiting a reply.) for nearly £70 I wouldn’t recommend or order from this company again. If anything I want to return the order and have a full refund to purchase else where and have a clean gift to give to my children’s dad. - it’s already late so timing doesn’t matter at this point!
Such a shame because online it looked to be a lovely service, but clearly 0 quality control or care taken with packaging items.

Really happy with both the process and the end result. I specifically chose this company because I’m no expert at technology and liked the idea of being able to discuss the proofs with a designer - definitely the right decision for me. When the order was placed I was a little nervous, needlessly, as to whether the canvases would get to me on time as I was taking them out to Spain. I had a reassuring text conversation via WhatsApp that all would be well ….. and it was! Delighted with the speedy delivery, friendly customer service and the quality of the products. Thank you.

I was a little worried about placing my order before I uploaded any photos. This wasn’t a problem at all. Once I placed my order I received a WhatsApp to seek at and upload my photos. I was asked which photo I wanted in the centre of the heart. I did make a couple of changes this was no issue. I then changed my mind back again this wasn’t a problem. I paid for express delivery as I wanted the heart canvas for my daughter’s 18th Birthday. I received the canvas 2 days after initial order fab service. Very pleased with the product.

I wanted to have a canvas of our favourite wedding photo with my wedding promise written over the top, I had the image in my mind and how it should look, Canvas Print Shop brought this to life. They were highly communicative around my needs and the proofs kept coming to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The finished product is beautiful and when I gave it my wife as a gift, it made her cry, she loved it. The best day of our lives and my promise to her immortalised in print. It's such a nice change to write a nice review but this exceeded all expectations at the price point.
Took a picture on a phone. Lovely reminder of a place in France we love. We were looking for a new 90cm x 60cm type picture for a wall feature and decided we would have that picture transformed to an oil painted style. Used some software and sent the image for a cavass print. Sent the picture in and got a proof test print back, approved and waited for cavass. Absolutely blown away with the result. Lovely texture and colour, looks amazing and exceeded expectations. Used WhatsApp to communicate and usually responded within 2 hours. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service, quick delivery

I am genuinely so impressed with the team at the Canvas Print Shop. Firstly they are based in the UK and you can speak to somebody instantly (even at the weekend) in WhatsApp. Secondly and most importantly the quality of the canvasses are excellent. You even receive a free proof before they print so you can see exactly what your finished product will be like. The service is first class and I will 100% be ordering more canvasses from them.

My canvas is excellent. Any problems and questions I had about it were dealt with quickly and professionally.

Ordered a framed canvas print. During the process, no communication whatsoever on its progress. Had to call them to provide tracking information. On delivery the frame was cracked and warped and it was disheartening because it was a gift that was to be given out on arrival. Had to get it fixed locally as I had no confidence with this supplier.

I submitted my order for a new canvas print online, attaching a photo, and they worked with me to consider the best size and shape taking into account the photo orientation and contents. We are very happy with the results and I would use them again.

Canvas is perfect, well packed for safe delivery. The customer service was good, only reason it’s not a five star review was the delay arriving. However, it was near to Christmas so perhaps that’s why.
I’d definitely use again.

canvas is not to the dimensions i ordered so i cannot fit in frame and losing sales. shockingly poor attention to details

It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that really know how to look after its customers.. I ordered a canvas for my aunt and they were so efficient from ordering to my queries and to dispatch .
My aunt loved the print it made an old lady very happy and I want to thank u all for such a great smooth service start to finish . I highly recommend and I will be using u again !

I tried a few shops before settling on these guys, as they offered an option for a preview of the canvas before production. None of the 'big names' did this, plus I couldn't get my image to fit 100% satisfactorily into their preset boxes.

I placed the order after checking the cancellation policy, then got a very quick reply from Qaiser to my enquiry about when the preview would be ready, followed almost immediately by the preview itself. My questions were answered speedily.

It was produced within a couple of days and I got it a week later, very well packaged and cushioned. Very happy to recommend this company.
