We were looking for a painting, particularly by Monet to hang above our fire place as a finishing touch to decorating the living room and this website eventually came up. After looking through the site, I emailed questions I had to the people at Canvas Art Rocks and they replied the next day with a complete and helpful answer. I ordered pretty much right away, once we had decided. It arrived within a day or so, perfectly wrapped and protected. It now sits pride of place in our home and we frequently catch eachother just looking for periods of time at a work of art that puts a smile on our face. Worth every single penny, we couldn't be happier. Thank you so much to the people at Canvas Art Rocks.

Good quality prints for good price with buy one get one free.

I haven't received my order of 3 banksy canvas pictures. Why am I still waiting for them and when will I get them?

Quality of the product was excellent and prompt delivery

Pictures were extremely poor quality - resolution of the photos really bad and could see jpeg artefacts in the pictures. The process of getting a refund was extremely difficult and took about a month and a huge number of emails.

They required two different sets of photos of the artwork so they could check the quality, which they then said looked fine to them. They advised that we could use any courier, but it's worth noting that the only UK courier that insures artwork when shipping is Fedex. Thankfully, we paid extra for signed for delivery as they then said they had not received the pictures and we had to send proof of delivery (even though I'd signed their email address up for delivery updates). They spent a long time looking for the pictures and had to be prompted frequently for updates and our case was apparently elevated to various different departments, though we never spoke to them or saw any evidence of this. It felt a lot like things were being delayed as much as possible in the hope that we'd forget about the refund. In the end, they gave us a refund after I said we were going to pursue a credit card chargeback for both the original purchase and return shipping. However, we're £16 down in return shipping with no pictures and the process was extremely stressful. Would recommend to avoid buying from this company.

It was a very poor reproduction and looked cheap.

They responded extremely quickly to a query I had about the different frame types.
The 2 items I ordered arrived very quickly and well packaged, and the quality of the items was far better than other similar items I had seen in high-end home furnishing shops and at a much cheaper price.
I would definitely recommend this company.

The framed print of Vincent Van Gogh Starry Night is of a high quality and looks amazing over my bed. However, the website said that the print is ready to be hang. However, this is not the case. the screws and hooks need to be attached to the frame before the print can go onto the wall. If you don't have basic DIY skills or experience of hanging pictures on the wall you would struggle to get the screws and hooks in the correct place. I would give this product 4 stars out of 5. I would of give this product 5 stars if it came ready to go onto the wall.
However, I would use this art company again and recommend this company to my friends and family.

Can’t fault my personal experience. I received my next day delivery as payed for, received nice and early and in protective packaging and boxing considering I got three separate 20” by 28” standard frame finish canvases. Quality is good, sizing is perfect, can’t ask for anything more 👍🏼

Nice cushions quite shiny material but printing good quality

I placed an order on Tuesday 13th of June and paid £9.99 for next day delivery. On the website they say that orders will be delivered the next day if the order is placed before 12pm so with me placing my order after 12pm on the Tuesday (which is definitely before 12pm on Wednesday!) this would mean it wouldn't arrive until Thursday 15th which was fine as it was just in time for when I needed it. However, I still hadn't received a dispatch email on Wednesday 14th so I got in touch with the company to find out why. I was told that "When checking over your order details, I can see that your order was placed after 12pm. Next Day Delivery will arrive the next working day (Monday - Friday) however please note this only applies if you have ordered before 12pm Monday – Friday, otherwise you order will be shipped the following day." My order was placed before 12pm on the 14th of June therefore it should have been shipped that day in order to arrive on the 15th of June! I have now requested a full refund as the item won't arrive in time which is really annoying!

Good selection of canvas prints to choose from and a good choice of sizes for each to suit any room.
Easy to order and fast, free delivery.
Prints came well boxed and protected,
attached to a real wood backing frame with hanging clips included.
Colours are vivid but not overly so, printed on good canvas.
Prices are very competitive and excellent value for a very good quality product.

Gives you wat it says on the tin excellent all round

I ordered 2 cushions, when they arrived I was very disappointed with the quality. The faux suede fabric was thin and poor quality, the image was of a poor standard and too small for the cushion with pink borders on 2 edges, the cushion pads were too full, hard and uncomfortable, they didn’t fit the covers properly, the corners being empty. I emailed them and said I wanted to return them and get a refund, they gave me a return address but when they received them they sent an email asking for my full address so they could return them to me! I phoned Print Clever who said they were just distributors for Canvasartrocks and couldn’t give me a phone number. So I sent another email stating again that I did not want the cushions and required a full refund. It cost me nearly £10 to return them as well as the original postal fee. To be fair, I did get a refund quite quickly, thankfully I had done the transaction through Paypal so could have chased it up with them. Interestingly, the email informing me that my refund was being processed was from, PrintClever! I posted a review on Canvasartrocks but this has now been taken down. Would not recommend them!! The one star is because I actually got a refund unlike many other reviewers here. Avoid!
