Ordered and paid for the English Breakfast teabags online. I received an email the next day saying they weren't available and would I like one of the other flavours instead or wait a week or so for stock to arrive. I chose to wait as we only wanted the English Breakfast teabags.
Approximately a week later I received a refund, no explanation why. I emailed them asking why I'd got a refund and I was informed it may be several weeks for them to arrive. This left me wondering if the teabags I'd originally ordered actually exist!!
Disappointing.

The product is alright, but the delivery time plus the lack of tracking (stuck at a royal mail depot in belfastfor a full week apparently) combined with the fact that, even with a buy one get one free offer, we're talking 50p per 15mg gummie, it's a lot of hassle and money for an admittedly decent feeling of normalcy (ASD, Depression and anxiety sufferer, 5'11, standard build)

Ordered gummies ate the whole box and didn't change the way I felt ,so ate the box I got for free as well 2 hours later still felt the same wish i could get my money back, wouldn't buy again

The cbd tea bags I bought came well packaged via royal mail. I've started to have a cup before bed time and I'm sleeping better. This is my first purchase with Canndid and I'm sure it won't be the last.

It actually helps with calming, for myself and my wife. The flavours are quite decent. Much better than drops under my tongue.

Buying them with the special where you get an extra free box makes the price really reasonable.

The labelling on the gummies is wrong. It states on the front of the box that there is 500mg in the box meaning each gummy should be 25mg. However the back of the box states that there is 15mg in each gummy. This is important information that should not be wrong. Also if you are paying extra for the high strength gummies then that's what you should be getting. I emailed the company to get some clarification and have heard absolutely nothing in return.

I bought your product from one of your wholesalers. We were told that the gummies were 25mg meaning the 20 in the box totalled 500mg stated on the box. Once home I read the back of the box more carefully which states 15mg per gummy. I know you also sell 300mg boxes so what part of the box is correct the front stating its a 500mg box or the back stating each gummy is 15mg? This seems like important information to have correct.
