Don’t Trust Them

I used to have a subscription back when they first started. Loved it. Love everything about it. Money got tight so I cancelled.
This year, I had
Some extra cash to surprise my husband with something small from them. I ordered a discount box in December. I received nothing .
Yesterday I got charged for a second box but I never received my first box. I put in a customer service ticket three times some December 25, 2025 and have not received any form of communication back.

Please do not trust this company anymore. I don’t know what happened but they suck now.

Terrible processing time

Have ordered monthly subscription. They are quick to take your money out but very slow on sending out your subscription you order it one month and you don't get it untill the next month at the end of it. They do not reply back to emails I have done this for a year and this is why I have canceled my subscription. The products are beautiful and work nicely it's just you never know when you are going to get your monthly order. The one I ordered for December on 11-23 it's just now being processed 12-30. It would be nice to get that months subscription the month you're supposed to get it and not the following month.

Order messed up

I ordered a large box and a small box so I thought I accidentally ordered two large boxes reached out to customer service and the constant runaround and when I finally got them to fix it, they said they were gonna send the replacement out and never did I swear they are stoners that are clueless. Still receiving two large boxes I think hamper should be a much better selection.

Where r my products? Three months ?

They have a gold mine of a business if they could figure out their shipping and expediting of orders. I have paid for 3 subscriptions. I still can’t get anyone after emails and tracking there’s not one package. At this point they got me for about $120. Their products are cool but not that cool! Big thumbs down for a business that needs to hire more employees!

Buyer beware - bad bad business practices

The company shipped a box with a broken bong - only a tiny part of the broken glass was in the wrapping. Then they had terrible customer service, and Route is offering to reimburse the cost of the box MINUS shipping charges. No replacement even though it was 100% their fault. Never again!

Never received my box

Never received my box, customer service didn’t help at all. DHL and Route both directed me to Cannabox customer service which was short and didn’t even help me work to resolve the issue. Never again.

I ordered the mystery box

I ordered the mystery box, and it’s not like I expected much, but this is a waist of money.
I received a t-shirt with a very un-creative design.
Speaking of a lack of creativity, the rig they sent me was called The Oil Barrel. It was a small brown glass piece, that looked like a barrel. That’s all. A barrel.
Who out there in the world thinks that a brown glass barrel is attractive?
Seriously. I feel like I would like to find this person and bully them, for having horrible taste and no design skills.
Like I said I didn’t expect much, I’ve dug better stuff out of a cereal box.

Sorry for this rant but don't give cannabox any of your money.

Paid for a may monthly box and an added sampler pack, ordered on May 16th and got confirmation that it was packaged on the 22nd then sent out June 4th. When I got my package it was just the sampler so I contacted support and received a tracking number on June 12th, almost 2 weeks after it was already supposed to be there. The package said it was successfully delivered to a porch or doorstep somewhere in Tempe, Arizona and June 17th.

I contacted support and Angela got back to me 3 days later, my address was correct so nothing was wrong with my order, it seems they messed up on the label or sealing he package, they were treating me like I messed up my order somehow. They said I could reship or refund and I chose to have it reshipped given I've already been waiting almost a month. I was supposed to get tracking when it got sent out. I asked for a refund on shipping because it was 30 USD total and I thought they would be sent together, I understand why I might not get a refund for that but the request wasn't acknowledged at all.

On the 29th of June I emailed back asking for an update since I hadn't heard back and they told me unapologetically that some items were on backorder and that they repurposed my box for someone else's order, which made zero sense since I was already in contact with support about the box so yes I'd obviously want the box I had already paid for, I wasn't told an ETA but only that I could switch to the June box which honestly looked not worth it comparatively. I asked what happened to the box that returned since I contacted right away so I saw no reason that box didn't get sent back out to me. They responded saying it got sent out to someone else but if that's your policy I contacted support and did everything right on my end, I'm not sure what else I was supposed to do. After another 2 weeks of very 3-5 day gaps between responses the stock never came in, and they offered me a July box. I asked for a full refund because I would not have bought this sampler box with 20 USD extra shipping if I wasn't going to get the box I actually wanted.

They ignored my request again and refunded only the cannabox, not the shipping for either boxes or the sampler, and is now not responding to my emails. I have screenshots of all the tracking and unhelpful responses from support. This cost me 115.77 CAD initially, I got a 37.20 CAD refunded back for the monthly box, so this pretty disappointing sampler box cost me 78.57 CAD. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I specifically bought the May monthly box for the Dragon bong. I'm sorry that this was very long but I'm not satisfied at all with the support I've received. I was asking to talk to a supervisor or manager for more than a month, the rep would pick something else I mentioned in the email and would ignore my request each time. Eventually she said that "management approved a shipping refund" which should have been refunded with the initial price of the box, she later told me that there was no management because they are a small company. She didn't apologize at all for the super delayed delivery situation until I pointed out that she had been unapologetic for the mistakes on their end for a month. Overall, the refunds too 2 weeks to sort out because they kept answering me at 9:55 her time, so probably right at the end of her shift, every 5 days or so. There's probably a total of 20 emails from me spread across the 2 months and most close to the end where I had to literally beg about 9 times to speak to anybody else but her, which she genuinely just ignored. This entire situation could've been handled in maybe 3 phone calls, Honestly Angela should be fired, they need a new order system, not just sending the returned boxes out to another customer instead of reshipping to the person who paid earlier. They need to limit monthly orders if they say they're a small company because I'm sure what happened is since they were boosting advertising (which is how I found them) they had an increased volume of sales that month for the drago bong and they didn't turn away anybody so most of the people just never got a box and had to deal with Angela like I did. I asked many times to return the sampler box because it was nowhere close to worth it, she also didn't acknowledge that request. Don't give this terrible company your money

Long time customer

Been using this service of and on for a couple years now and hands down worth every dime. I pick what theme I want in on and haven't been disappointed yet. The one time I did get a broken piece, they replaced it ASAP. Great company

First order I ordered from a Groupon…

First order I ordered from a Groupon promotion. It was late.... so late in fact that the next order was charged before I could even see if I liked my first order! So the first order came for December in January...a little late for the Santa Clause hat bong.... but it was cute and I liked it. I made sure I canceled my subscription but already had paid for my second shipment (that I didn't request) and waited patiently. So it's now the ending part of January and I have yet to see my package and the website says it was delivered..... it wasn't. No communication from anybody. Great idea of a company and I can see such mass opportunity for this company, but I think they have been taking too many hits from the bong and forget about how to run a business.

Worst subscription service I've dealt…

Worst subscription service I've dealt with!

-They charge you one month in advance (pay in November to get December box), which I have not seen with any other service.
-They lack of feedback is horrible. I've received a boilerplate response which is mirrored all across the BBB reviews.

I didn't do my homework....

I didn't do my homework, I should have looked for reviews of Cannabox. They got me for $80 and I have little hope of seeing what I ordered. This is a line from the email they sent me Jan 1, 2024 "We hate to send emails like this, but to be as transparent as possible, we need to announce some December boxes are delayed. There are about 1,000 boxes left to ship as we wait for more products to arrive. This product is currently estimated to arrive early next week, so fingers crossed!". From now on, I check a business before I give them my money.

Cannabox is horrible!

Cannabox is horrible!! OK, now I feel a little better. They take your order, then say in their system that the order is complete in about 2 days. You never receive your items, you can't call because there is no phone number and if you email support they ask you so many questions, one by one on different emails, this process takes over a month. They send very generic pre- written answers, like we are sorry for the wait, our system is experiencing problems, all bull. They will not help you after your purchase and you won't get your items, just look at all the bad reviews. Absolutely TERRIBLE company, do not do business with them!!

Miserable experience. They don't care about you

First off, the website said my product was in stock. What they didn't tell you is that they were in the process of moving and orders were going to be delayed a couple weeks. Didn't find out about that until my order didn't ship after 10 days. Then, I paid $10 for 1-3 day delivery. They sent it 2-8 day delivery (and lied about it when I brought it to their attention), actually being delivered after 7 days (not the 3 I PAID for, and over TWICE as long as I PAID for). All communication has been ignored by them. They offered no solution to make things right, PLUS, they charge you $1.50 for "route insurance" to guarantee your package gets there. UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS all supply this for free. Just another way for them to con you out of more money. They are just scammers. Once they have your money, you no longer exist in their eyes. Next review will be with the Better Business Bureau

It’s a shame cause the products are…

It’s a shame cause the products are awesome but shipping is not very discreet, my last package was missed delivered. Ironically that same day they also took money out of my account for the next three shipments and my bill wasn’t even due till November 23 not October 23 . I emailed & no one has responded to resolve this issue yet.. and for some odd reason there is no phone number to get a hold of any human being. This company owes me a full refund for a 3 month shipping and a misdelivered shipment. Do not get a subscription through this company.

Someone got my credit card number while I was traveling and ordered $600.00 plus from this site … It was not me and turns out to be a total scam …. I have my card so I don’t know how or where they got my number from to steal from it ????? BEWARE and report

Best subscription box I’ve gotten

I’ve ordered two so far and have been very satisfied, pieces are cute and pretty good quality for the price, I’d buy the pieces alone for $30… so that’s not even including the wraps, t shirt and other goodies. Got the grav 4/20 box and I loved how it wasn’t a regular bong, so useful. been getting so much use out of all my pieces. Love this company!
