The CBD Flower from these guys is great stuff. Ordered that and a vape late on 25th, arrived 27th. Great product, will buy again.

The customer service from this company is pretty shocking. Placed an order, waited a week and had no comms whatsoever. Emailed them, no response. Checked the website, which stated they were still delivering, despite covid. After another 4 days and several emails, with no response, I decided to message them on social media and finally got a response. Was assured multiple times that my order would be sent the following day, this carried on for another 3 days.

When my order finally did arrive it was half the weight of what I had ordered! More messaging, more waiting, after another week I finally received the correct amount.

Will never use them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. There are plenty of decent cbd sellers out there, who will take your money and provide a really good service, unfortunately BudMother isn't one of them!

These guys sent me 2/10 items from my order, pocketed the other £250, ignored all messages over all platforms, the numbers don't work, they ignore emails and Instagram messages, SCAMMERS, DO NOT BUY

My supply was running low due to Covid-19. Budmother sorted me right out, these guys are a new business surviving in tough times & doing there best, order took a bit longer but what can you expect when the world has gone to ...! Amazing quality CBD Buds coming right to my home so I can stay safe.

My order is delayed and I was struggling to get in touch with the company but yesterday I received a email explaining that due to covid-19 and the fact they are. New business. This pandemic has caused issues to how the business is usually ran. They are trying there best to get order out. So please be aware of that. I have been reasured that they are not a scam. They are just having some issues and they will get our orders out ASAP.

ordered some CBD bud from them for the first time and they took the money out of my bank account and I didnt receive any order confirmation, I've been trying to email them and WhatsApp them over the past few days to see where my order is but I've been ignored after several attempts to contact them, more than likely a scam, poor communication

Been using CBD products for a while now, discovered Budmother and liked their prices. Made an order, paid and waited. After hearing nothing about it for a few days I chased it up and was told it's out of stock. No one wanted to tell me this despite already taking my money. The alternative product I was offered has yet to arrive and I dont think it will. My messages are being ignored and their support email apparently doesnt exist. Can only think at this point it is a scam. Try Hempelf instead.

I made my order near the end of March, it is now the 15th of April and I have yet to receive it or a reply from my many messages. Apparently they are 'trying' though.

i bought a select CBD vape pen here.. I suffer from joint aches and pains and some mild arthritis... these pens are a way of receiving immediate pain relief. As a person who lives a fairly organic existence. CBD is a natural way of getting pain relief for me.
