Professional, fast service and at a very cheap price
C&C has given me fully satisfied professional service at a very good price for RICS Home Survey Level 3.My survey was quick and I got the report very very quickly. Report was detailed and had good explanation of the issues. Remedial and next action steps were given. I did not find any issue in understanding the report.The report had lots of pictures which were very helpful. The surveyor Talal Alhindi ,over a phone call, explained the pro and cons of the issues very well and answered all my queries. And guided me as well. Because of all the guidance , I had taken a right decision on the property. I also appreciate the sales team.

Efficient and comprehensive service

Very good experience overall. The report was scheduled and carried out promptly and came back very detailed with good descriptions and recommendations. A follow up call with the surveyor was extremely useful. Talal quickly called back and kindly discussed his findings in great detail providing additional colour and advice which was invaluable.

Professional and efficient service
Recently used C&C to conduct a survey on a house purchase. The price was very competative and significantly cheaper than others. C&C made the arrangments with the agent so i could just leave them to deal with the process. I was told the report could take up to 5 days to produce, but took just 1 business day to be received. It was very comprehensive and easy to understand. I was then able to arrange a follow up call with the surveyor, Talal, who spent nearly an hour on the phone discussing the report and advising on any areas of concern. He was very knowledgable and professional and gave me confidence in what was produced. Very impressed and would recommend.

C&C Surveying provided a competitive home buyer L2 survey quote. They were very responsive to emails and queries. The survey was detailed, lots of photos and easy to understand. Despite being based in London, they surveyed a home for me in Farnham Surrey. Would recommend this company.
