Extremely disappointing experience. Please do your own research before booking and don’t rely solely on social media reviews.

We booked a Matheran package with Campfly for July 2026 and paid an advance of ₹22,500 as requested. However, even after making the payment, Campfly did not provide us with any booking confirmation, invoice, or payment receipt. Due to landslides and train delays affecting our travel plans, we requested a change of destination. Campfly agreed and suggested Goa, which we accepted.

Unfortunately, the experience took a negative turn from there. The revised quotation provided for the Goa package was significantly higher than the prevailing market rates. Since it was the off-season, we compared the prices of the same hotels and car rentals online and found them to be much lower. When we raised this concern, the General Manager (Campfly) informed us that Campfly follows fixed tariffs and could not offer any reduction.

The package did not include meals or any local ground support. It only covered train tickets, hotel accommodation, and a rental car. Based on our own comparison, the total cost of the same services was approximately ₹26,000, whereas Campfly quoted us around ₹53,000 (without food, land assistance and any tickets).

When we escalated the matter to the General Manager (Campfly), we were simply told that we could either proceed with their package or cancel the booking. We were also informed that our advance payment would not be refunded. Instead of addressing our concerns or offering a reasonable solution, we felt pressured to cancel the package without any consideration for the amount we had already paid.

Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. This review reflects our personal experience. I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking with Campfly compare market prices independently and donot fall in to his scam.

Poor service from campfly. This is my honest review.
We had booked a trip for five people through this agency and paid 50% of the total package amount as an advance. Due to an climatic landslides, delay of training and other issues, we requested a destination change about a month before the trip. Instead of offering reasonable alternatives or helping us customize the package according to our budget, we were offered an overpriced package that was far beyond what we had initially planned.

When we decided not to continue with the booking because of the pricing and the poor customer support, we requested a refund after deducting any genuine processing or service charges. Unfortunately, the agency refused to refund any amount of our advance.

We understand that businesses may have cancellation policies, but keeping the entire advance without providing any service or making a fair effort to resolve the issue is highly unprofessional and disappointing. A customer-friendly approach would have been to deduct reasonable charges and refund the remaining balance.

Our overall experience with the customer service was poor. Communication lacked flexibility, transparency, and fairness. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a trustworthy travel partner.

I would like to clarify that my review was based on my actual experience as a customer, not on an intention to misrepresent facts. the main concern was the lack of a fair and customer-friendly resolution when we requested a change due to unforeseen circumstances.

The issue was not simply about a cancellation policy. We approached your team expecting support and flexibility, but the alternative offered was not practically suitable for our group and budget. From a customer’s perspective, the communication and handling of the situation did not feel fair or satisfactory.

I also stand by my observation that the package pricing appeared significantly higher compared to comparable arrangements available through direct booking. I understand that travel companies have operational costs and service charges, but customers also have the right to evaluate whether the pricing offers reasonable value.

At no point was the intention of the review to make defamatory statements; it was shared as genuine feedback so that other travellers can make informed decisions. Professionalism is demonstrated not only through policies and documentation, but also through empathy, flexibility, and the ability to resolve customer concerns in a fair manner.

I hope the company will take this feedback constructively and improve the customer experience for future travellers.

Nice trip, affordable packages 😃

Campfly Private Limited's Delhi tour provided a generally positive experience with a well-planned itinerary, excellent service, and responsive staff. However, there was a notable issue with the hotel's water supply initially, impacting the stay. The company's quick resolution showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction, but the water problem was a significant downside. Overall, a mix of positive and negative aspects in the tour experience.
