I placed the order but found inbetween checking the camera was in stock and placing the order, the camera was sold to someone else. They contacted me immediately and offered a refund or a wait 4 days for restock. I waited and the camera arrived quicker than expected. A great product and a great price. Excellent!

I purchased a Canon 2000D recently from Camex. The price was very competitive compared to a lot of dealers both on and off line. Also, delivery time was excellent , all in all a great deal and an easy transaction. Excellent to deal with and very pleased.

Great speedy service as always, the lens was in stock and delivered within a couple of days. A fantastic price, a few hundred pounds cheaper than used examples on eBay. The lens itself is an rf 200-800mm which combined with the R7 body gives crazy reach. I use it for wildlife/ bird photography and on a recent outing on the river Colne I captured some lovely shots of a Kingfisher on the opposite side of the river. With the massive reach, more of those megapixels are kept without the need to crop resulting in colour rich pin sharp pictures that could easily be printed out in a larger format. The feather detail is good and eye detail is sharp. It can be used hand held for quite long periods of time and I use mine on a shoulder sling. The I.S.works well depending on how steady your handling of the camera and although heavy, it is no harder to handle than my Sigma 600mm as it is quite well balanced. The A.F. works most of the time and I suspect the searching I have experienced is more to do with the R7 than the lens. I’ve had this with all my long lenses on this body. But you will get some great shots and the keeper rate is acceptable. When it locks on it is very good. A great fun lens with majority great shots.

Good price and efficient service. Bought a new RF 70-200mm IS zoom and it was delivered quickly, efficiently and well packaged. What not to like?

AVOID and Be warned! Never write reviews as we never get scammed. However... our daughter purchased a lens through Amazon, £1160 this arrived simply in a plastic bag, the box crumpled and not the way Amazon send items out.
My daughter hadn't noticed this was fulfilled by this seller, She opened the box checked the papers but wasn't sure.
my wife suspected this may be a grey import and having looked at a few reviews decided to return as our daughter had taken a loan to pay for the lens. Never had an issue with Amazon so thought we were well covered.
She was refunded £775 and I immediately knew she had been ripped off and what would come next, sure enough some total lies and fabrication about the lens being damaged etc.. I see this in my work but never fallen foul of scams.
In fact my daughter couldn't have been more cautious, lens never left the room, was packed extremely carefully and returned in immaculate condition.
As it happened Mr Ahmed Ibrahim!!! my wife videoed both opening and repacking the lens as she was suspicious it had arrived in a bag and a box that looked like it had been played football with she sent this to Amazon who have refunded your scam amount! Hope you're happy!
What a surprise seller puts a 40% restoking fee on returns making it extremely easy to exploit this for nefarious reasons!!!
If people knew this was the case NO ONE would ever purchase expensive items with such significant financial risk, ever!!!
Absolutely disgusting business practice!

I made a mistake on the address, royal mail returned the package to Camix. As i alerted them a Camix service desk guy rang me to say they were resending it, i had already agreed to pay postage as it was my fault. Was resent and received next day, no drama. The Canon lens was much cheaper than else where and was well packed. I will definately shop with Camex again.

Really pleased to have found Camix. The camera I wanted was £200 cheaper than on Amazon, great communication and it arrived quickly and safely the next day. I will definitely be using them again!

The camera is great and the delivery was prompt, but that is where the good things ends. It was a gift and when opened by the recipient there was no manual, no paperwork, no warranty card, just a camera and ancillaries. I then discovered that the camera is a “grey import”. Nothing wrong with that as I have brought them before. The difference here is that this shop when to great lengths to disguise this, which is frankly dishonest. Try using a phone to set up a camera at a birthday party…..not good.

I don't do views normally, but I also can't afford the prices big brand shops charge so I looked around and saw a few with the camera I wanted at a price I could afford, so I checked reviews and Camix has few good one so took the chance and brought a canon r8 for around £600 cheaper than other big named online shops it was easy to do and I got what I paid for plus very polite emails while I was buying, so glad I tried camix and would happily use again so I am also happy to recommend them.
