Ordered a brand new Lumix G9ii (body only) and was surprised to receive an opened box which was actually the Body and Lens kit box (lens had been removed). I have always had factory sealed boxes when purchasing brand new cameras and was concerned about warranty validity etc. I feel if they are going to send you a open box product, this should be communicated before sending out. Have since received (upon request) an email from them stating that it is a brand new product and has full manufacturer's warranty, and camera seems great (cannot access shutter count due to Panasonc's latest firmware), but the person I dealt with on the phone was less than friendly and so I shall probably avoid them from now on.

Bought a Hoya Nano filter - it was the best price amongst all the camera online shops and the delivery was amazingly quick.

I had a small issue with a Canon R5 ii I bought at the Camera show from Camera Centre UK. On calling them I spoke to very helpful and knowledgeable staff who talked me through a possible fix and when it didn't work arranged for the camera to be picked up the next day and back to me quickly.
Not only excellent service but a good price as well.

I ordered a camera with lens for over 2k for next day delivery. DPD gave me a one hour time slot and at the start of that hour it was cancelled and said they would deliver the following day. No attempt to deliver, told the next day then the next and still no reason. On talking to customer service at camera centre, I was told I had to wait, which I initially accepted. On talking to them again I was told it was lost then told damaged but they would not send another but I could cancel, no genuine apology. I am still waiting 5 days later and still no camera. They can not send another until they receive it back from DPD but apparently it appears that's my problem and not theirs which is unacceptable since I purchased it from them. I had to cancel 2 shoots because of this. As I appreciate, it is DPD's fault, however, I purchased it from the camera centre. No offer of compensation or real apology given so I'm in limbo and having to cancel another shoot. I would not buy from them again. I have been told that DPD will deliver today as I write this. So we will see if its damage, IF they deliver. UPDATE: Camera arrived today and I received an update from the shop saying it would arrive.
I am disappointed at my experience considering the amount of money I paid for the camera.
