I fell for the nice marketing and bought Linen shirts with a total cost of £83.98 GBP.
Never arrived.
Lesson learnt.

I was fooled - I ordered some nice looking shirts but they never arrived. And zero response from the company after numerous requests for an update. Fortunately I was able to get a refund via Chargeback on my credit card. Avoid Cambridge Artisan!

Never arrived, they refused to refund me, then stopped answering my emails.

Ordered in August 2024 and still waiting for my 2 pairs of shorts to turn up 7 months later. They stopped corresponding after a couple of months. £65 I'll never see back. Thieves and Scammers based in China! AVOID AVOID

Just received the trousers I ordered nearly a year ago. They're OK- what you might expect for the price but would never order from these people again.

Like a lot of others, I was lured in by very attractive photographs on Instagram. The waistcoat I ordered showed up months later and is very nasty indeed, ultra synthetic and not at all the pure wool tweed illustrated. No sales docket, and the official email address bounces back, surprise surprise. I have messaged them via their website but am holding out little hope of a response or a refund.

The fact these guys are still in business is a travesty! Ordered a shirt last year, huge back and forth after it didn't arrive after a month. It's now been 6 months and nothing from them. Thieves and grifters. They ought to be in prison.

Oh goodness how I wished I’d read reviews before ordering. Lesson learned. Ordered a dress back last September. It looked beautiful, stunning. Fabulous fabric. After 4 weeks no show so emailed company. 3 weeks later a reply with the excuse of manufacturing problem which would be resolved in time. They offered me choice of returning item to China when it arrived here at my cost or a 5% refund.

2 weeks ago I received notification that my item had been dispatched. It arrived today. What a nasty nasty cheap fabric dress it is, worth about £2 if that. Badly made. No labels. Nothing like the picture of the dress I fell for. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SET UP. I’d leave well alone anything that sounds like it too.

It’s a shame; I ordered a linen shirt and while it arrived late, I liked it, a lot. So much so I ordered two more almost immediately, in august ‘24…. Now Feb ‘25 and after several messages telling me their on the way… they’re not… DO NOT USE THEM even once

Oh dear, I like to think I am generally savvy when it comes to on-line purchases, but I certainly dropped the ball when it came to purchasing two very nice waistcoats from this company. Like all the other reviews, company failed to deliver within timeframe provided. After chase up, Lisa sent apology e mail saying it had been delayed but please bear with, no longer reply to my e mails. Scammed.

Order made 06th Sept 2024, payment taken, order processed 05th Dec 2024 but still not shipped or delivered (as At 03/02/25). Tracking shows it not having yet been sent. When is it going to be shipped/delivered?
My own fault for not reading the Trustpilot reviews. Got suckered in. Don’t buy from them; a scam. Put the lost cash down to ‘idiot tax’…

Ordered some shorts in September i kept chasing them up, they kept saying they were going to be dispatched then they just ignored me, I had to do a charge back on my credit card who have been fantastic, they did appeal the decision and so they had another 30 days to come up with the goods and that has now passed now and I've got my money back from the credit card company, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered shoes in September 2024 I still havent received them.
This is a scam, do not order from this company.

Lesson learnt, read reviews before buying. I wouldn't dress a doll in the sandles I bought. Shocking quality. I am out of pocket by £70. £45 for two pairs & cost me £25 to return to China. Despite contacting via email numerous times I have had no satisfactory reply or refund. Scam company, avoid at all cost. Bitterly disappointed, not a loss that I can afford. They must be laughing in their sleeves from stealing money from hard working people.

Would award zero stars if I could. Ordered shoes in good faith. Sent numerous emails polite responses at first then offered £1.50 refund and if they turn up keep them! What’s that all about? Eventually stopped replying. Got full refund off PayPal. This company shouldn’t be allowed to operate!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

This 'Company' requires a rating of no stars. They are not a real company, they are not based in the UK, they are scammers. Beware. As other reviewers have said you will not receive your goods. When you chase you will get a response from 'Lisa' who will ask you to wait another 7-8 weeks & this will go on un till you pass the 120 days protection from your credit card company.

I ordered some trousers in an August and now in December I have still not received them despite getting a message to say they are on their way! What a scam!!!
