Cambria did a great job getting my order to me quickly.

The bike I purchased from Cambria arrived with a broken component. I reported the issue to them, and had an initial back-and-forth in which they promised to help resolve the issue. After that, they completely ghosted me for more than a month, resulting in me having to get the bike repaired myself.

I saw a water bottle that I liked in the San Louis Obispo store. But I was on vacation and my wife was waiting in the car. Ordered it a few weeks later. It was the last new one I could find online. Great sale. Prompt service. It also helps that shipping to my house is only a few hours away.

Bike was shipped with battery and seat post already installed, the instructions say never to ship or store like that. Seat post with battery is not removable without finding a bike shop to work on it right out of the box. Doesn’t seem like a good investment. Now trying to return the bike within the return window and for some reason CAMBRIA bike can’t get a carrier to pick up the bike. Waiting to hear back if I can bring it somewhere to get it shipped.

My customer service experience at Cambria was the best! They responded very quickly with an RMA, to my request to exchange my items which did not fit exactly as I wanted. As soon as they received my return they shipped the new items which arrived quickly and fit very well. Their prices were fantastic as well. I love my new gear!

My new helmet is great, it came quickly. I accidentally bought the wrong helmet, and realized this at 4:45. So I tried to call to cancel that purchase leaving a message that I needed to void that transaction. I then followed up with an email, and got a call back just a few minutes later. I was able to stop the first purchase, and then ordered the correct item. I was impressed by the personal service I received over the phone.

Customer service was great. Fast responses and helped work through a solution when the shifter lever arrived broken from the bike delivery.

To be honest the 1st bike I received was damaged ,probably damaged in shipping since their were holes on the side of the box with cardboard taped patches on it.I don't think they would send it out like that. The Fuji Jari 1.5 was no longer available Jeff @ Cambria made things write by switching it for a Marin DSX 2 which is a much better bike.

I ordered 10 speed chains and received them today. They are genuine Shimano chains. The price is good and Cambria is a trusted supplier of excellent parts.
