App is basic, but customer service is good though
The app itself is very basic with material that felt too AI-generated for my liking. I signed up for a week and at the end of the week went to cancel, but they had already charged my card. I emailed them for a refund and got an AI answer, so I emailed again and told them I was unhappy with their product and wanted a refund per their "14-day money back guarantee." Emma responded to me and let me know that "the refund policy covers only the initial payment, and renewal charges are not typically eligible." However, she understood my situation and processed the refund. So, while I didn't prefer the app, the customer service went beyond my expectations, which is rare these days!
