Amazing customer service

Great presentation, very knowledgeable and price competitive. Ryder was available to answer all my questions and made it easy for me to understand. They are a newer company but were the only company to be transparent about pricing. On every call I was asked if I would like a quote, unlike some of their competitors who avoided providing me an upfront quote.

I’m completely new to precious metals and want to invest in gold. Getting in touch with Ryder was easy and he took his time to really explain everything. Super friendly, responsive and just straight up.

They suggested that I shop around before buying, which I did. Everywhere else either wouldn’t give me a price, or tried to suggest coins. These guys are as honest as they get!

Investing your hard earned money with someone is really something you can only do if you completely trust someone. I probably drove them crazy with dozens of calls and emails and questions but not once did the team make me feel like I was not welcome. Also helped that the Managing Partner there has a lot of experience, so he made me feel at ease.
