Amy was a wonderful teacher who helped my daughter with N5 Business Management. Thoughtful, patient and connected very well to give confidence in the subject.

In addition Clare was also wonderful preparing my daughter for her national 5 English exam.

After struggling from the jump from National 5 to Higher English and with limited support from my teacher, we sought additional help from Caledonian Tutors.
We were quickly paired with a tutor who matched my needs and we met online weekly up until the exam. The online sessions were convenient and the resources I was provided were easy to access.
Before tutoring, I lacked confidence in my English abilities and I struggled through the prelim. However both my tutors, Tobe and Sarah, helped to build my confidence and secure my abilities leading up to the exam. They contributed enormously towards my improvements in Higher English as they were clear on what would help me achieve better grades; provided excellent resources; and had knowledgeable experience tutoring at the level.
Both tutors were friendly, focused and supportive while they guided me through practice questions and the structure of the work.
I really enjoyed the tutoring process and would definitely recommend Caledonian tutors to other students struggling with English, or any other subjects.

Our tutor was Sarah who was extremely helpful and made the experience of having a tutor for the first time a really pleasant one. She was very knowledgable and provided exactly what my daughter required to boost her confidence. She was able to explain Scottish set text very well and provided lots of key and valuable resources to assist with RUE. Abbie was such a great tutor for my daughter for Higher Human Biology. She was very encouraging but thorough in her approach. We enrolled our son with Caledonian Tutors while he was studying for his Highers, as we wanted to give him the best possible chance of achieving top grades and getting into his chosen university.

Over the past year, he worked with Ben for Maths and Theodora for English, and both tutors were absolutely brilliant. They were knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and made lessons engaging and enjoyable. Most importantly, our son got on really well with both of them, which made a huge difference to his confidence and learning.

They were also incredibly flexible and accommodating when it came to arranging lessons, which we really appreciated as a busy family.

We don’t have his exam results yet, but I genuinely feel this has been money very well spent. The support, quality of teaching, and encouragement he received have been excellent, and I’m so glad we listened to our friends who recommended Caledonian Tutors.

Skye has now looked after Isla for a year, Isla is far more confident with English and expecting a good result from her exam.
We are all booked and ready for higher next year.

Fantastic tutor service company. Great communication and easy way to find a great tutor. The Chemistry tutor we got was brilliant and having failed the prelim are now on our way to a B or even an A. Highly recommend.

Heidi has been fantastic for my daughter, her Maths has excelled and she has been able to gain more confidence and gone from strength to strength.

Tutors were kind, knowledgable and were able to structure sessions around my needs in my subjects. They were also flexible with times and were able to accommodate for scheduling issues and such. From the first email to Aiden to my daughter meeting Meg on teams the process was seamless.
Meg and Mhari got on very well and Mhari went into her Nat 5 exam with confidence which previously she was lacking. Meg was excellent in keep in contact for weekly sessions.
