I have baked cakes many times but it was not as perfect as professional cakes. I love baking and I always wanted to bake perfect cake for my family. So decided to join this course. As I believed, this course was an eye opener to me. I have 4 years of baking experience but for the first time after attending the class I have made the perfect cake soft, fluffy and tasty. This class helped me to know the detailing of baking which helped me find the reason for my failure cakes. Thank you Brindha akka☺️
