We stayed for a long weekend the staff were soo friendly and helpful and nothing was too much, the best lodge we have ever stayed in so clean and tidy, the food in the restaurant was amazing.

Excellent. Stayed at Cygnet lodge Monday to Friday. Lodge is home from home, comfy lounge area, good kitchen area, super comfy beds, good hot showers and hot tub. Was great weather so out on the decking watching the fish and wildlife in the lake and generally chilling. Husband caught 2 pike and one carp and was really happy. Thank you Aimee and staff, who are all great.

The Ugly Duckling Restaurant at Caistor Lakes has been a regular of mine for several years and it has always been excellent.
This visit was a Christmas Dinner attended by other members of a club. There were about 60 of us, all having a choice of 3 or 4 dishes each. A mammoth task for any catering service, however, the staffs and chefs were flying today. The food was excellent and the staffs were very kind, helpful, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended for Brekky,lunch, afternoon tea and evening meals.

Amazing Christmas Dinner at Caistor Lakes.

Staff were brilliant as always, the food was wonderful. Thank you guys for working on your Christmas day, so our Christmas Day was special.

Absolutely lovely spot, very chilled no kids, and the fishing was spot on

Absolutely brilliant place! You will not be disappointed! I felt so relaxed here. Everything you could need and fishing was great. There is a full kitchen so you can cook yourself but we chose to order from the restaurant who bought our meals to the cabin on proper plates. The only thing I could say is it would be great to have an enclosed area to let the dog off the lead. We went last year and have booked again for this year and will come again.

Booked a last minute break for my birthday. Unfortunately my bank cancelled my card last.minute and you have to give your card for the security deposit. They could not have been more helpful, I really felt they cared. They even got me a birthday card and bottle of wine.

Check in is from 3pm, earlier than most places. My cabin was up some steps but the cabin was worth it. I booked the Pelican which had 2 double ensuite rooms with dressing rooms. Both had a great view of the pond and patio doors that opened. The living area also had patio doors to the deck. The kitchen was basic but plenty good enough for a break and an on site restaurant that also delivered.
The hot tub was tucked away under a wood roof with patio furniture. As it rained a lot the.cover was very appreciated. They also provided dressing gowns and hooks next to the hot tub.
It said climate control and as the hot tub was the main draw for me I was concerned the aircon units meant I couldn't dry my swim stuff but there were also radiators. Aircon isnt the norm for these lodge holidays so I was very impressed.
There were 3 smart tvs also.
The shower pressure was amazing, I find its often a dribble of a shower but these were powerful! The bathrooms had a good size shower and a cupboard.

I love my hot tub holidays and these cabins are above average. The only small issues were.the thin pillows, I was alone so used all 4 and no dishwasher but I was in the basic cabin and I think others had at least a washing machine from the photos. Use their site as it has much more details than the hoseason site.

To sum up the staff were great, the meal from the restaurant was very tasty, quiet lodges better than most parks and I will be going back. I'd highly recommend them

Amazing place! Lovely clean cabins. Perfect for me and my partner and dog! I fish lots of venues around the country and this is up there with the best, I’ve caught around 100lb of fish this weekend off of Foundry pool 🎣

We booked a lodge at Caistor lakes through Hoseasons, nothing but problems and Hoseasons were not interested, they take exactly 28 days to respond and then basically say tough.
Thankfully Caistor lakes stepped in and went over and above to resolve the issue, even though I didn’t book through them, I cannot thank them or recommend them highly enough I will book direct through them in future
The Caistor lake holiday park is exceptional so clean and secure and the fishing is very good, the staff are so nice and helpful nothing is to much trouble, I can highly recommend with 5plus stars but make sure you only book through Caistor lakes you will not have any regrets just happy memories
