It not your company it is Royal Mail should of been with us Monday looks like we received next Monday and we have to pick it up from local post office

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear you've had a disappointing delivery experience.
Having checked the tracking, your order was placed on 16th September and Royal Mail attempted delivery on 18th September at 11:43am, but unfortunately there was no answer at the delivery address. We can see that a further delivery attempt is scheduled for today between 8:30am and 1:35pm.
I completely understand your frustration, especially when you're expecting a delivery and it doesn't arrive as planned. Whilst we dispatched your order promptly, we're sorry that the delivery process has not met your expectations.
We hope your parcel reaches you safely today, but if there are any further issues, please do get in touch with us directly and we'll do everything we can to help.

The gentleman who delivered my order, sorry I didn't get his name, was very polite and professional. There had been an earlier fault with the coffee machine which had been resolved but he asked if it was ok to check it over and actually did a software upgrade on it. I had queries about decaf coffee and if the machine dispensed it and he took the time to go over the process with me.
Excellent customer service and he went above and beyond to make sure our machine was in the best possible condition.

We love our Jura Gigha X3 machine - the coffee is quick, hot, delicious and it is so simple to use and clean.
The customer service was next level throughtout the process, delivery and set up in person was much appreciated. I cannot recommend Russell and Caffia highly enough, they are 5*.
