The product review says 925 sterling silver whereas I received the product of stainless steel... fake website description and fraud

Do not order from this company!!

After placing my order I waited 4 weeks for it to be delivered.
Upon deliver all items were incorrectly sized and cheap quality.
When I contacted the company for a refund they informed me they do not offer refunds on any items on sale.
Ironically when I ordered all items on their website were on sale.
They offered me 15% off my next order instead of a £50 refund.

This company is a SCAM do not order from here!!!!

Order was delayed past 10 days, shipping information did not update past ‘Order Received.’ Caducci Support gives a delayed response or does not reply. I am asking for a refund/return and keep getting the same automated response

Conflicting and differing delivery dates, and failed to deliver within agreed timeframe. A breach of contract under Section 28 of the Consumer Right Act 2015. Thus I may, by law, treat the contract as terminated and request a full refund (which I doubt they will give me).

Do not order from this company. They are certainly dishonest, if not fraudulent.

I have emailed them, but, judging by the other reviews on here, I doubt they will reply.

To add to the suspicion surrounding this company, their legal agreements - Terms and Conditions, Policies - and ‘Our story’ section on their website is believed (after I ran it through an AI checker) to have been written wholly (97%) by AI.

It’s a scam. The jewellery isn’t Italian, the company’s reference is Romania. My jewellery didn’t arrive and they are unresponsive to any form of contact.

Do not order from this company. I purchased a watch online from them two weeks ago, they have not responded to my emails, appear to be a scam. I just reported a dispute on them to my credit card company, requesting reimbursement.

Horrendous experience and a scam.
I ordered TWO watches and only one was delivered on 21st December. At the date of writing this, I am still waiting for my other watch. They have been useless in responding to me. I wish I had read some reviews before ordering

I never got my product when asked to be reimbursed they refused to answer multiple emails I’ve sent please do not buy. Have also seen online that jewelry breaks easily

I just love the jewelry I've received from this company, they're all such gorgeous pieces, but I do have one problem - some of my jewelry arrived tangled up. Luckily, most of the knots were very easy to work out, except for one that remains on my hand chain, making the wrist section of the chain much shorter than it should be. I'm not sure if that's actually a fault of the company or if that just happened during shipping, but either way I am a little bit let down that my hand chain has a knot in it now that I just can't seem to get out no matter what I try. Other than that, my necklace is gorgeous, the watch is fabulous and was already powered on and set to my timezone, and I received a free matching necklace and bracelet set! So that all makes up for it. :)

The pieces from Caducci are not made in Italy. They are made in China. You can get this from AliExpress for $22. Caducci is definitely a dishonest company.

So out of curiosity, I took a picture of my watch and searched on Google, found it on Aliexpress for £35. Caducci sold it for £61 and that’s after the 10% discount!
Cheap quality, they definitely drop ship, poor presentation too.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They will not respond to emails, tried to contact them via social media and they don’t answer anything. I got an order update showing my order shipped on 8/29 the carrier still doesn’t have the package more than a week later. I’ve reached out multiple times and nothing.

bought the Capri watch for my partner only to find out its cheap temu quality and its stupendously huge for a watch. It was one of my anniversary gifts to her and i was really angry with the product of how it was all made out of plastic. don't buy from this company. absolutely rubbish

I ordered and canceled on the same day. I talked to someone once, and they said that they would try and cancel the order. It's been three weeks, and it still isn't canceled, and they won't reply to emails or customer support. I think this is a scam.

They entice you with a countdown that never actually ends, making you feel as if you’re going to miss out, along with the claim of a free watch /24k gold necklace set. My order never arrived. I spoke with Andra from support and was told I would receive a refund, which never happened. Thankfully, I used my credit card and Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 exists. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order with Caducci nearly two months ago, and it has been stuck in customs ever since. I have contacted their customer service several times asking for help or a resolution. Aside from being told they cannot issue a refund, I have received no meaningful response. My follow-up messages have been completely ignored.

They will not refund me, will not offer an alternative solution, and will not even acknowledge my repeated requests. At this point, I am out money with nothing to show for it and no indication that I will ever receive the item I paid for.

This is completely unacceptable. A reputable company would take responsibility, communicate clearly, and work to resolve the issue. Instead, Caducci takes your money and disappears.

I am now forced to escalate through my payment provider. Save yourself the frustration and do NOT order from this company.

I ordered one of their hand chains and it came with a free necklace and bracelet. Firstly, the shipping took a while, I appreciate it is free but when it did eventually arrive, it was in very cheap plastic packaging that looked like similar packaging you would get from shein or temu, not at all like their “luxury” packaging on their website. Both my bracelet and necklace were tangled. The hand chains was enormous and kept falling off of my finger. Even worse, I have only had the hand chains for just about a day now and the bit that goes around my finger has already turned black, even though I have only washed my hands a few times. This is especially disappointing since they claim that their jewellery can be worn in the shower, pool etc. I appreciate this is a small business but I will not be buying from again.

Ordered June 19th, didnt receive it until July 9th. It was shipped from china. Found the exact same thing from Shein for $5!

Honest review after receiving my watch. Save your money - the quality is poor for the price. The face says “Skhl watch fashion” and the tracking shows it was shipped from China. You can get these on Aliexpress, Temu etc for a quarter of the price. I’m assuming they’re just reselling for a higher amount and on the surface rebranding it as “Caducci”. Definitely not made in Italy. Also deletes any negative review from its social pages.
