Terrible experience.

I ordered £120.88 worth or detailing products from CA Detailing on the 9th September, by mistake I completed the order using an old shipping address saved on the Shop app - I fully acknowledge this was my error.

Delivery wasn't completed and the goods were returned to CA Detailing on the 15th September. Despite repeated chasing, it took them 3 weeks to re-arrange delivery.

On receipt, I realised half the items I ordered had been sent to me as the wrong items. Since receiving the goods on the 8th October I have sent 5 emails to try and get the correct goods sent and I am now being completely ignored.

In summary, I ordered on 9th September, today is the 28th October and I still dont have most of the goods I paid for.

I found C A detailing on line and after looking through the products they had I ordered 30 microfibre cloths / a pack of 3 clay bars and a clay lube . It all arrived quickly and the clay bars work really well better than some others I have used and yes the microfibre cloths are better than the yellow ones , I will definitely be placing further orders

I find every time I use them I get a good fast service a very quick turnaround

Having a small private collection and home detailer, I am a regular user of BH Auto-wheel. It's a Fantastic proact and probably the best out there for its need. I use a wheel foam as part of my car wash routine and onlv use the auto wheel every so often to maintain wheel cleanliness.

I love this ceramic detailing spray. It keeps my bmw motorbike looking like new and it’s so much easier to clean the bugs off the front screen also my visor. Just superb, Highly recommend putting it on a cloth first then wipe away! *****

Purchased on Wednesday the 8th October, with it being sent via "Evri Next Day Delivery". As I had made the order gone 5pm I was expecting it to be dispatched the following day and arriving on Friday the 10th October.

It did not arrive! I checked the tracking that was provided and realised it had not being sent via Evri and instead was sent with Royal Mail but not on a next day delivery service, it was sent using Tracked 48.

The tracking was showing that it had reached the "Midlands Super Hub" so I waited until the following Monday (13th October) before reaching out to CA via email. I received a reply the same day advising that "If you have not received your items by 7th working day from the dispatch date, which is the last estimated delivery date, please let us know"

A bit annoyed I waited until the 16th October before emailing asking again what was going on and that I would actually like the product over this weekend to get out and wash the car. It had now being the 7 working days and the item had not moved whatsoever. I received no reply to that email (and still haven't) so sent a new email on the 17th October with a new subject title.

Once again I received a reply the same day, but unfortuantely it was not the outcone I was expecting as I assumed it would be refunded or replaced and CA would deal with the courier directly as the contract lies between the seller and the courier. Instead I was advised "At this stage, we’ve raised an investigation with the courier to locate your parcel. We must wait for their investigation to conclude before we can proceed with either a replacement or a refund, as the courier may still locate and deliver the item."

Upon checking Royal Mails website it appears a investigation into missing items takes up to 30 days in most cases but could be longer. I am not going to wait for the investigation as I dont purchase items to be used 6 weeks later, I purchased it because I wanted the product to use.

The item in question is 1 x 5l Bottle of Bilts And Hamber Auto Foam which costs £18.95 and is no longer in stock, CA have wasted my time, failed to use the courier they advertise, then make it the customers problem when said courier makes a mistake. Not good.

Very good experience shopping here I got a MJJC lance at a good price might I add and a stubby gun with nozzles and at first I was unsure how to connect the hose he gave me his personal number and helped me and when the nozzles didn’t work properly he sent me new ones no hesitation. Good quality gear with good quality customer service will be buying more stuff for sure !
