Scam? Extremely poor service and no refund

Only 5 minutes after receiving the car, I noticed that the air conditioning was not working and immediately contacted the company to report the problem and request a replacement vehicle. However, they did not provide another car or offer a proper solution.
Because of the hot weather in Mallorca, driving this car was extremely uncomfortable, especially for longer journeys. I had no choice but to use the vehicle for a short time and then return it early.
After returning the car, I requested a refund for the 3 unused rental days, but my emails have been completely ignored. I have received no response, explanation, or compensation.
A professional rental company should provide working vehicles and take responsibility when a customer reports a problem immediately. Ignoring a customer’s request after reporting a fault within minutes of receiving the car is unacceptable.
I would not recommend Cabrio Mallorca and will not rent from this company again.
