Hi Claudio,
Please find enclose reply from taxi opertor
Many Regards
Cabhit Team
I have just asked the driver if he tries to charge extra to those passengers and he said that he asked them to pay AIRPORT CAR PARKING £3.80 and when driver contacted the office about the car park, he was told that car park is already included so he should not ask them at all. He did not take any cash from them. We are very strict about charging extra as it's totally unacceptable on drivers part and company never tolerates this kind of behaviour. Thank you for asking and if you need to know anything, please feel free to contact.
Best Regards
Terry
