No way to consider your product in the…
No way to consider your product in the future and your service is horrible and does not meet the standards. They send me small badge holder. I paid postage costs £5.84 for sending back the wrong Item. Also they asked to send postage costs and Replacement will be sent once payment made which is £3.45. Absolutely unprofessional company.

Again…as stated before the mistake was on your part not mine. You ordered the wrong size. Each order is sent out with a packing slip to show the item ordered.I sent you countless emails which you ignored after seeing your previous review and chose to send back the item yourself, again ignoring my emails before doing so. Any issues are easily resolved with communication. Like any other company , if the customer makes a mistake or changes their mind of course the shipping costs are paid by the customer to return the item and also as outlined in the return policy online.
