Driver winched my BMW by the control arms and bent them. $4600 damage.

I call at 1130 and told them I need a flat bed truck they send out a regular truck that could not move my van I told them it was a problem with the front breaks so the driver that showed up said he get me a flatbed truck fast so I had to still wait for them to show up to pay them I said just call and I will them the caa said I had to wait and pay the when he picked up my van Krazy the other truck show up at 3:50 I been a member for a long time and I can't believe they made me wait in the heat for a payment but they take my money as soon as the member ship come due every year not in pressed with caa late Lee

We have had caa for years and use it here and there. Can be great.

However, we got the rv package for a road trip and it has been a complete disaster. Why offer an rv package when they can't coordinate towing at all?

To make it worse, you give them all the details and the tow truck company calls thinking something completely different. No follow up, no care, no service.

I write this as I sit on the side of the road about 2 hours deep to get the tire changed (we realized they won't tow, so managed to source a spare without any update at all.

I will probably be cancelling after this trip....

We had a wonderful experience yesterday with our tow truck driver, who gave us wonderful advice and helped us identify the problem with our car, as well as got us back on the road. Driver ( c54-WL15 ) Khashul Tcue, thank you so very much for all your assistance.

Very disappointed to learn that CAA was unwilling to suspend the subscription of a family member who has deployed for the next 6 months with the Canadian Military. Didn't ask for money back, just wanted to have the subscription held. It doesn't seem fair when, our Military members are off serving, that a Canadian company is unwilling to accommodate.

We had a great experience with CAA towing today! It was a lifesaver, ran out of gas ( though my car said i had 12 km) on the 403 W right before Branford in the worst spot couldn't get out of the car so we called CAA 1st time ever and they sent the best Tow Truck Driver LEO VALMIR, he was friendly, knowledgeable, did a great job, we felt much safer in his truck while he courageously dodged traffic while hooking our car up and drove us to the gas station, made sure it was only out of gas before on hooking it smart. Luckily it was just gas, Best part he got to us within 20 minutes of us calling on Sunday afternoon. Thank you again for everything you do LEO VALMIR, STAY SAFE!

I had one my best experience with CAA tow service , they send me a Gentleman tow truck driver which was professional, fast and helping and he helped me to take my car to mechanic shop , his name was FARHAD KASIRI , not only towed my car he had right opinion about reason of problem , and just diagnose my problem as soon as arrived to pickup my car.
Thanks CAA , continue good jobs

My son tried to use his membership for the first time in 2 years and it took almost 4 hours and he finally gave up and we figured something else out luckily I knew a little about immobilizer
And I bypassed the system for him .

Very poor service I was with my brother in law when he needed a tow he call for a tow and they told him he had to up grade his membership to include RV coverage so he went ahead and told them to upgrade it, took his money and told him a tow truck would be there in 45 minutes CAA called back 1/2 hr later and told him they wouldn't tow the RV it took us 14 hours to do a 4 hr trip. I was thinking to get a membership also but after that I'll just keep my money.

CAA LEFT ME STRANDED 12 HRS PLATINUM CAR 300KM AND WOULD NOT TOW ME 100KM TO MY GARAGE CHARGED ME EXTRA $85 DOLLARS TO UPGRADE TO TOW RV THEN CALLED BACK AND SAID THEY CANT TOW RIP OFF

I had an excellent experience with Saleman G. when I needed a battery boost. He arrived very quickly, was professional, friendly, and incredibly kind. Since my car hadn't been driven for some time, he went above and beyond by checking that my tires were safe, topping up my windshield washer fluid, and ensuring the battery was charging properly before I left. I truly appreciated the extra time and care he took to make sure I could drive away safely and with confidence. Thank you, Saleman G., for your help and outstanding service!

AS A SENIOR I LOCKED OUT WITH VEHICLE RUNNING A CONTACTED CAA FOR HELP.THEY SENT A CAA REP.IN 20 MINUTES AND UNLOCKED MY CAR IN 2 MINUTES IT WAS CLIFF OF CLIFFS BATTERY AND SERVICE.HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TIMLEY AND AM VERY HAPPY TO BE A MEMBER FOR MANY YEARS.THANK YOU CAA.

needed help after my grandpa car broke down in the middle of the road. my grandma called and he made fun of her because she couldnt speak english properly. and he was super rude to her he even went as far as to tell my grandma to help herself and hung up on her

I arrived 2 mins later than agreed time, the driver said it’s cancelled as the driver himself arrived early

I was extremely disappointed with the behaviour of Dana Soubra. I found her to be rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful throughout my interaction.

As a result, I would rate my experience 0 stars. I believe an assessment should be conducted to determine whether she is suitable to continue in her current role, as my experience raised serious concerns about professionalism and ethical standards within the organization.

While I was not expecting CAA to mirror my positive experiences with my previous insurance provider, Intact, I did expect a reasonable level of professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, that standard was not met.

Very poor business decision to close Windsor store.

I have been a member since 1973. Through CAA I am being double-billed on my credit card for the annual membership. They are not taking any responsibility in resolving the issue claiming privacy issues. Neither one of the CAA agents nor manager/supervisors would proceed with my billing issue.
