Have to pay for returns
Ordered a dirndl dress that was £44.95. it took over 2 weeks to arrive and it’s no different to the £15 ones on any website, it’s not very good material, just went on the website to return the dress and found out that I have to pay for the pleasure of sending it back, now I know with a lot of Chinese websites you win some and lose some but it’s probably going to cost not far off £20/30 to send it back to china,, I would avoid buying from them , update, after emailing them to get a refund they wanted me to take a picture of me in the dress 🤷♀️, after explaining that was not going to happen and I just wanted a refund, they then sent another email saying that I have to pay the shipping fee and another 15% for restocking fees,, in a minute I will have to pay them more money for the fees they are adding never mind get any refund,, honestly save your money and time and do NOT buy from bywildrose

This website is not what it seems do not buy from here
This website is not what it seems. It offers free shipping but clothes are shipped from China and take more than 2 weeks to arrive. Still not arrived yet so can’t comment on quality, but having read other reviews on here I don’t have high expectations.
Returns policy is harsh and if the return is accepted, it costs a lot for postage and customs clearance to send items back to the warehouse in Guangdong.
Don’t make the same mistake I did - do order from somewhere else and check the returns policy before you decide to buy!
