Produit super, ne laisse pas de trace jaune, donne un teint super naturel et une bonne mine

j'utilise La Crème hyaluronique de By Terry depuis déjà plusieurs semaines,j'ai 57 ans et je sens que mon teint est plus lumineux, une texture riche qui pénètre en quelques secondes sans laisser de film gras. Ma peau ne tiraille plus du tout, par rapport à d'autres crèmes, elle reste confortable toute la journée.
Un vrai soin anti-âge complet : hydratation, éclat et fermeté au rendez-vous. Je recommande à 100% !
Petit bonus : livraison rapide et emballage soigné, une belle expérience du début à la fin.

J'apprécie particulièrement le concealer de chez ByTerry et je viens de commander la poudre matifiante. Je suis par ailleurs très agréablement suprise de la réactivité et de l'amabilité de l'équipe dédiée au service client. Cela fait vraiment plaisir !

I had ordered a product but not received it or any updates regarding delivery
I emailed the customer service team and I have to say it was acted upon promptly
They have now sent out another order so hopefully I will receive that one
They also kept me informed about what had happened with it

J’utilise plusieurs produits, dont le te to tan, le sérum CC Brigtening, et le fixateur maquillage et depuis 1 mois la mist Matcha, ma peau n’a jamais été aussi belle et lumineuse.

J’ai malheureusement eu une mauvaise expérience avec cette société. J’ai commandé le tea to tan , mais finalement j’ai choisi de le renvoyer sans l’avoir ouvert. Les conditions de retour sont compliquées. Il faut envoyer un mail, surveiller la réponse , et surtout ne pas tarder à répondre sinon vous êtes hors délai pour le retour ! Donc j’ai essayé le produit qui s’est avéré nul pour moi . Aucune teinte aucun effet et surtout aucune tenue. Meme chose pour celui concernant les lèvres qui est censé teinter les lèvres et tenir . C’est faux il ne teinte absolument rien. Donc très déçue de ma commande et surtout du suivi . Je ne recommanderai jamais.

I ordered Baume De Rose Lip care. I asked if I can get a refund as I did not like the after taste in my mouth from this product. At first they only wanted to replace the product but I explained again that I don’t want a replacement as the taste was not good for me. They did give me a refund. I consider this company in good faith and tries to give a resolution to a problem.

I am having problems contacting customer service. I am not sure if it is an automated bot that initially tried to help me, but I still am having problems with an order I placed on June 24th. I prepaid the Guaranteed Landed Cost shipping, but UPS is requesting an additional $98.60 before delivery. I contacted customer support on July 9 and was advised not to pay while they investigated. I contacted them yesterday and today with no response. My package was attempted delivery yesterday, and UPS states they will try again today. I haven't received an update on what to do about this. I love the brand and need urgent assistance before the package is returned. Please help!

Au delà des produits qui sont de très bonne qualité, je tenais à remercier le service après vente très professionnel. Lors de ma commande j’avais droit à un blush gratuit. Le blush a été oublié dans le colis. J’ai envoyé un message au service après vente. Deux jours après j’avais mon cadeau dans la boîte aux lettres. Un produit livré dans un conditionnement défaillant a été remplacé rapidement et sans frais.

Non seulement les produits sont extraordinaires, mais le service client est extrêmement réactif et agréable ! De nos jours c'est trop rare pour être souligné !

Impossible d’évaluer le produit. Les produits ne sont plus vendus chez Sephora, Nocibé, Marionnaud. Seule solution allez dans la boutique du 1er ardt Paris. Impossible de recevoir des échantillons pour la tête malgré une photo envoyée. Très déçue…J’avais tellement envie d’acheter le concealer et cc cream !

As a first-time customer, I am highly satisfied with the level of customer service received. Within minutes of reaching out to customer service via email, I received a helpful reply from an actual representative, not an AI bot. I wasn’t expecting prompt assistance as I knew I was reaching out to an international company. My issue needed to be researched/handled by a second team, but I never had to restate my issue. They were clear in communication and stayed in contact until they could give me a resolution. It’s evident that the company holds to high customer service standards, and as a new USA-based customer I appreciate and trust this company.

Very thankful for the attention I received when my product was not delivered. By Terry promptly addressed my order concerns. LOVE the Brightening CC Serum. It's light and gives a pop of color.

An item they sent came broken and they haven’t fixed this since 03/28/2026. They give me bizarre auto generated responses saying they can’t find my order despite me forwarding my literal order confirmation. I don’t know why they think this is an acceptable way to conduct business - they also ignored me on social media when I brought this to their attention. Do not purchase from them because you risk receiving broken products and zero customer service. 0/10
