The food is excellent and the delivery came as was expected.

Good meals, big enough, fresh tasting. Some are microwaveable some are not. The time required to oven cook/defrost them is quite long so expensive to cook. I have cancer so sometimes I really need quick food. I am looking forward to eating more of them. Thank you, and can you produce more that can be quicker please.

Purchased as a gift for new parents who reported that the meals were very much enjoyed and that they were impressed with the standard of the ingredients used.

Such great tasting food! Lots of pre done food like this misses the taste mark, and By Ruby does not, it's so delicious! Super easy to cook too, many times I've had a stressful day and come and and thought what's for tea, and always been super happy when I remember I have something in the freezer from By Ruby ready to go. Highly recommend!

I purchased 2 Lasagne, 2 Grass-Fed Beef Cottage Pies, 1 fish pie and 1 British Chicken, Leek & Bacon Pie recently on the recommendation of the Charlie Bingham Ready Meals (which are lovely). I emailed CB to see if they did online ordering. They don't but they where kind enough to recommend byruby which I thought was brilliant for another company to do that. I gave one of each to my son (who is a chef to try). He has tried the lasagne so far and said it was excellent. So I can't wait to sample them for myself.

The quality of the food is fab, the veg lasagne is the best shop-bought one I have ever tried. I was given gift vouchers for the company and was surprised at the lack of vegetarian options available. What we got was good but I would have liked to see more offerings. Long lead times for delivery were also below the standard I’d expect when paying these prices.

The most delicious ready meals we've ever had. So full of flavour, plus you can see that the ingredients are real. The prawns in the Thai curry were big and good quality. Such a treat, especially the microwave bundle with meals ready in less than 20 mins

Fantastic food and speedy delivery.
Miss read the instructions and didn't give myself sufficient time to cook a meal. I put it in the microwave to set it off and it was still delicious.

Delicious fish pie, the packaging & care taken to get the product to the customer is second to none, will definitely use ByRuby again.

Over a week and a half late. I received a call to apologise and when I asked if we’d get some recompense for this - eg a discount on next purchase - was told they’d get back to me.

They certainly did - my experience resolving this was more than satisfactory.

The food is great. It’s just my mum, who is elderly and needs care, so requires a regular supply of ready meals. And they need to arrive in a timely fashion (which they have so far except that one time).

It was seemingly a one off.

And my mum’s carer’s love heating them for her - simply and quickly.

And (don’t tell my brother and sister this) I love to eat what she can’t finish myself. Yum.

I won a byRuby voucher in a raffle and hadn’t heard of them before. I ordered coq au vin, beef bourginon and fish pie which were all absolutely fantastic! Delivery and packaging were spot on and so easy to cook at home. I will definitely be ordering again!

I bought meals as a gift for a new mother and have been informed the meals are delicious. I did have an issue with delivery which was delayed twice but I was kept well informed and part of the gift message was missing but on providing direct feedback regarding this I received a very quick response.

I loved how easy it was to order meals for my sister (lives in the UK) after she had her baby. It was a great way for me to take care of her from the US. And she loves the meals!
