When they got the goods they delivered as expected

Half of delivery arrived as messaged. Other half they couldn’t be bothered to deliver. Sent messages and got no response. Called and they never called back. Agreed on a delivery date and postponed it again. And finally delivered next door and not the correct address. Can’t recommend

The guys delivering the items were really nice and really helpful, but were woefully under equipped!! One of the items is some 170k plus in weight yet all they had was a small dolly trolley- not even a heavy weight one. Consequently, they were only able to leave it around 30yds from where I wanted it left and I'll have to sort it from there. Bearing in mind the price we paid for this high end purchase, it's a pity that their focus on delivery was to keep the cost as low as possible.

The team was very professional and polite. They did the job expertly and efficiently.

Received phone call to advise delivery in 20 mins. Friendly , fast and efficient delivery drivers. Respected my property. Went above and beyond

Fabulous delivery contacted me when 30 mins away. I wasn’t in and asked them to pop it through the side gate for me. They did great communication and very friendly

Very well informed of my delivery time, rang 30 mins before to say when they'd arrive. They even took my garden box round into my back garden, it is heavy, really pleased. Box arrived undamaged too.

Communication is key in these circumstances and byeways were spot on at all times
