Keeleigh, Jordan, Matt and Mel are amazing at what they do. I had a very difficult sale and they really pushed it trough. Outstanding professional understanding reliable and patient. I can’t praise them enough.

The Haverhill ByChoice team helped sell our house which completed in 2022. From the initial meeting with Matt to the ongoing support from from Keeleigh , the Team offered the best Estate Agent service I have ever experienced. Keeleigh went above and beyond her role to ensure our sale proceeded as planned, especially when ongoing queries became problematic, which was very much appreciated during a stressful time. I would highly recommend Bychoice if anyone is looking for a an estate agent to sell their property and would certainly not hesitate in using them again in the future due to the excellent service provided!

Had to rent for a few months for the 1st time, spoke to the team who were very helpful who put me over to Melanie looks after the rental side of things.
I found Melanie very understanding, responsive to finding me a place quickly, process was very smooth and throughout my stay found melanie to be very professional, proactive, always very helpful, and polite to deal with. Would recommend anyone looking to rent to ho see Melanie.

The staff at ByChoice in Haverhill were wonderful. Matt, Keeleigh and Jordan dealt with our house sale and could not have been more helpful. Answering our questions, listening to our worries and generally helping in every way. Other staff there were also helpful if the three people mentioned above were not available. Our solicitors, were the most worry, little or no communication from their end and seemingly making the task of selling our house unnecessarily complicated.
Hopefully we will not have to move again, but we would
definitely choose ByChoice to help us. We are settled

Excellent service! I competed on a purchase with Bychoice in December 2021, throughout the whole process the team at Bychoice have been so good. Communication has been excellent, prompt and helpful. Booking the original viewings was so straightforward. During the purchase they communicated effectively with all parties so I could book in trades people and surveys. They even transported documents to me at work so we could complete before Christmas. Thoroughly recommend.

We're so grateful to Keeleigh for her amazing customer service, she was there for us every step of the way. She was instrumental in finding the right property for us and provided helpful advice (and sometimes comfort!) throughout the whole process. COVID made buying a house a lengthy process but no matter what the setback Keeleigh did everything to find us the right place.

We also want to say thank you to Matt for his help in the process as well. He was very professional and provided friendly service.

We seriously can't recommend ByChoice enough - compared to other estate agents in the area they really did go above and beyond!

Olivia at By Choice was impeccable throughout the whole process. We hit quite a few hurdles with our solicitors and finding middle ground with the vendors, Olivia negotiated successfully for both sides. Used by choice to sell our property and what a star Jordan and his work colleagues were in dealing with our sale after it having to go back on the market three times through no fault of there’s. Would I use them again, would I recommend them - absolutely.

Moving house is extremely stressful but they gave us 100% and they are all worth their weight in gold.
