great customer service and product!
rented a powerbank for one day as visitor to netherlands, small issue with app meant I couldn’t return it - however, customer service was very accomodating. powerbanks tjemselves are easy to sign out and work well.

Amazing customer service, I had an issue and contact Buzz Power Banks via WhatsApp and Anna was able to sort a refund and issue a new charger within minutes

When you load more as an hour
When you load more as one hour, you pay 6!!! euro to charge your batterie to 65%, not for me anymore, to expensive these boyzzz

We can offer you a better option through the app: rentals there are about 33% cheaper. And if you use it regularly, we also have a subscription for €9/month — that’s basically the cost of one day of rental.

Very simply and easily can use the powerbanks all around the Netherlands! I was running low on battery in Rotterdam and took a powerbank to train and return it in Amsterdam. How convenient!
