spent 25 pound in January should of got two stamps added to my bonus card but haven’t got them? The host on live chat was called JordanM arrogant&rude..told me my stamps will not be added because I didn’t log out online and went straight to the app? This is not the case at all because I’ve jumped from online to the app before and my stamps were added…you cross the online site off and it logs you out anyway..everyone knows this. all im asking is to add the stamps or some sort of compensation please

Good to look back on reviews. This site is a money collector for their non profit making clubs, they quite literally use the lowest rtp so they make nothing but profit all the slots are at 92% and they never payout.

We do operate with a Random Number Generator as required to, this is to ensure the outcomes of our games are fair for all customers. With Gambling it is always nice to have a win, but unfortunately there is no guarantee that you will win the amount you have put into the site.
You should only ever deposit and play through money you are happy to potentially loose as there is no guarantee to win. Should you ever begin to feel frustrated with the amount you are winning back, we would always advise utilizing our safer gambling tools for a cool down period.

This place has gone down hill so fast!
In club and online is absolutely shocking!
£60 online today for a £10 bouns back from 6 games i played. Absolute joke
And in club thats even more laughable. £10 a line £20 then full house usually people winning.
You have lost a really good player, I'll be going to club 3000 more.

I used to love this site until I cant…
I used to love this site until I cant deposit, I had a pocket account which I now don't bank with as they're just con artists who steal people's money, and refuse to answer emails... i lost my card, have been trying to delete the card off buzz but they want the card details.. since I don't bank with pocket anymore and they refuse to reply to emails I cant get the details of the card to confirm with buzz.. buzz wont let me add another card or pay via google pay, they wont delete the card without the card details, which is cant get a hold of, so im giving a 1 star, id give a zero if i could.. have never had anyone issue anywhere else besides buzz... shame as I did enjoy playing on buzz

Rude staff , Dirty club
Some of the staff are rude , not all but absolutely disgusting, The food is awful, The club is dirty it’s not cleaned one day till the next not they don’t have enough staff as they do some of them just stand around talking about the other members of staff they don’t like it’s not very professional at all , I rate it 1 star but would give it a minus if possible,There’s no point complaining to management as they won’t do anything about the staff or the club being clean , it’s not as good as Buzz bingo Wednesbury was .

Wadsley bridge buzz bingo 27th December the website says 10 x£200 houses so thought we would give it a go when we got there they were only playing for £50 houses surely this is wrong please update your website more often so we don't get wrong information.

Complete scam paid £75 for Xmas eve and then they changed all the games to link games, so had no chance of winning everyone in bingo hall was upset.
Won't be coming back.

The very friendly staff and like it when they have special offers on in a afternoon not just in evenings which is what it mainly is and is cheaper in the evening than an afternoon which I think stops people going as always give free gifts away in an evening not in afternoons which is such a shame because obviously not everyone wants to go in an evening
