I reached out to CS long story short they said absolutely nothing can be done. Representavive was very rude and seemed as tho she/he was trying to intimidate me. Refused to provide me with any other phone number. Returning item will cost the same as purchasing again, over 350 dollars. Ridiculous

They took my money and never shipped the parts. I asked for updates and got the run around for 2 months. "Checking with warehouse" was the most common reply. When I asked for a refund, 2 months after I ordered the parts, they told me they'd have to wait and see if their insurance company would cover it. I never heard from them again, nor would they respond back to emails. I would give them a zero star if it was an option.

They took my money. I had to email them to get order status. They told me they can't find any of these parts in the world but they're still looking. They did offer for me to get a refund. I figured I would give it some time for them to find the parts. They delivered just 3 bags of latches with with multiple items still pending ($300). Thought I would finally give up waiting and get a refund for the rest. Interesting that they now show everything being delivered with the return window closed 1 month after the latches showed up. USPS doesn't even have tracking available on this anymore. I can see why Amazon is taking over now. It's all good. This taught me a lesson and forced me to design and 3d print my own parts. Hope this saves you some grief! Spread the word.

After cancelling the order, they will not provide proof of a refund being issued to my credit card. Steps had to be taken to rectify with the credit card company. Don't waste your time or energy with this company.

Don't buy anything from this company. I had a small order of special fine thread metric nuts and bolts. They mailed the nuts only, no bolts! I emailed customer service and three stupid emails later still no bolts! Screw this company! Everette Smith

*edit1.. funny, you say no record of transaction but emailed me threatening legal action as soon as I disputed the charge with my bank.

Responding to the continued lies with this clown show, they responded to my review with "As already advised, a secondary supplier fulfilled this order. You were advised and updated all the way through the process as well as fulfillment and delivery."
That is a bold face lie, I emailed these scammers over and over and over until I finally threatened to chargeback the order a month after it was placed which finally triggered a very unprofessional response of "Keep your threats and nonsense to yourself. It shows it's been fulfilled on our end. Let me call on it quick."
Still waiting on that call or another email response with the tracking they claim to have provided along with the excellent communication they also claim they provided us holding our hands through the whole process they claim. Let it be known the only email I recieved from BuyParts.Online was when they charged me for the items I never received. Never once did they contact me about anything, many ignored emails is what prompted the chargeback notice.

I ordered a brand new air seat for my truck, got an order confirmation, then got a second email today, March 27th 2026, that the part I ordered wasn't available "anywhere in the world" but they went ahead and put in an "expedited backorder with the OEM that they decided to place for me without contacting me first to see what I wanted to do. I didn't know other people got to make $1,000 decisions for me. Not only did they do that, but they charged my credit card 2 days earlier! I sent them a nasty-gram telling them to cancel my order and refund my card, told them they seem like scammers and if they didn't refund my card, I was going to get them shut down. Like a previous gentleman wrote, I should have done my due diligence by checking their reviews, but gotta hand it to them, their website is impressive. I got a reply email a little earlier today from them stating that the order was cancelled and to stop the "nonsense", but my card had not yet been credited. I replied "no nonsense, I will believe it when I see the refund on my card" And that their reputation is horrible and find another line of work. My credit card company will do a charge-back if necessary. It would be prudent for them to "expedite" my refund.

This place is a ripoff. I purchased a $500 part that I received broken, contacted them and they game me the run around and everyone I talked to had a different story or didn't see my request for a refund. I had to do a chargeback with my bank to get my money. This place isn't a legit company and will take your money stay away from them.

we have not gotten any response from calling or emailing them.
we have now turned them into the better buisness bureau and will have to dispute this with or credit card company and I will be having our lawyer handle that part as getting any feed back from this place is a joke

Do yourself a favor and just don’t.
I ordered 2 roof mounts from these clowns. left and right hand sides and received 2 left hand sides. I immediately called left a message and emailed them explaining this. Shortly after my return was denied to lack of a pictures of the item number which isn’t exactly easily seen on their instructions. After back and forth several times I finally got the return approved with “We’ll send you further instructions” after waiting days and nothing I email them and they tell me I need to pay for the return along with insurance for something they made an error on. I let them know this is completely unacceptable after that I get zero response after emailing again. Wish I read the reviews on this joke of a company first before ordering and getting scammed. Do yourself a favor and order from a reputable company like Amazon or EBay and save yourself the hassle.
Note: I am seeing a lot of responses from them claiming a lot of these reviews are “fake” I can assure you this was a legitimate order. I wish I could provide screenshots.

I ordered, according to their website picture, 6 gallons diluted fleet guard antifreeze. What I received on March 17 was 3 gallons non diluted. I paid $183.71. My purchase date was March 6. It took several days to get any tracking info. I emailed the company and got very little help. The email responses I did get seemed as if I was talking to a 6th grade kid. I tried calling several times between March 8 through the 17th. It always went to voicemail. I left a one voicemail and never received a call back. So when I emailed after receiving the wrong product, according to picture on their website, the person stated I received the part number I ordered. I had to go back and review their website again to make sure. Again the part number did not match the picture on their website. Who orders antifreeze by part numbers anyway? No one! You look at the picture just like when you buy it in a store. One doesn’t check the part number. So yes I received the right part number per se of what I ordered but again the picture was wrong on their end. So I was charged 3x the amount of what I ordered. I’m not going to send it back because of my experience because I’m afraid I wouldn’t see refund. I sent screen shot of the companies mistake on their website plus a picture of what I received. No concern or help at all other than “you got the right part number of what you ordered” well yeah if you go by part numbers. I went by the picture. If I could attach pics on here I’d show you. This is the first time I’ve ordered online and had this kind of experience where the company takes no responsibility. One I got was we will check the warehouse cameras to see what was shipped out. Very unconcerned and unprofessional. I did state that I would leave negative feedback on here for them and the person said “keep your threats to yourself we don’t have time for that”. Not once was it a threat. So just wanted to give you, the reader, what kind of mentality you’ll be dealing with if you find yourself in the same situation with Buypartsonline. From here on out I will always always check Trust Pilot for reviews before I order a company and I will always always call a company first to make sure I can get ahold of them on the phone plus make sure the part number matches the picture on their website. A lot of extra work on my end and it should have to be that way for the consumer. I hope I save a lot of people from the aggravation I’ve experienced with this company. My advice is shop somewhere else. My order number from them is 71949.

Ordered a part in July 2025 and was said to be in stock at the time of ordering. A few weeks after ordering they said that the part wasn't in stock after checking all of their warehouses and that it would be on express backorder from the factory. So I waited until August to get an update and they just stated the same thing as before and I asked for a refund and heard nothing back. Then I messaged in December with an update and heard nothing back. They created a Shipping label in early December and I thought I would finally be getting my part after 6 months. I have yet to receive the part as of 3/16/26 and have messaged them back and forth with them stating it has been delivered yet USPS has no record of receiving the part and no one at our company has signed nor seen this package. Their website still says its on the way as of early December. I am still trying to get a refund and they have stopped replying to me. Also As they keep stated on the reviews that they are fake and not a real review to prevent this from being prompted the order number is 45492. Update on response, The first message I sent 1 month after ordering the part was asked to cancel the order and your company never responded back. I have proof as of now, from multiple sources stated the package has not even been received by USPS. They have yet to provide proof of delivery to me unlike they stated. USPS also holds tracking number for 120 days and the tracking number is only 106 days old. Also called USPS, and they confirmed they haven't received the package. Your website still states on my order that's it's still on the way. Please explain to me how that's possible if it takes it from the tracking number? No part has even been shipped from this company and they don't want to take responsibility for their actions therefor they are choosing to call everyone who writes a negative review a liar or calling them fake. Do NOT do business with this company.

This site is a total scam!! We have ordered parts from them 4 different times, never receiving parts, fighting for refunds-often times having to dispute with our credit card company. They are just using money paid to them and never recouped by the buyer.

they sent only 2 of four items that I have purchased. i contacted support with questions about that, and i was after few exchanged messages told "to keep my threats to myself and that packages were delivered". but delivered half empty.
i bought from them one time in past it went smooth. this second order was absolutely huge mistake.
will have to try chasing back my money through paypal.

UPDATE TO COMPANY'S RESPONSE:
The package was not dropped off until 3/4, as per USPS. What this company cannot control with shipping would be for example, inclimate weather. I order online all the time and when I pay a 2 day shipping rate, I get 2 day service. Don't offer customers a shipping time frame that you cannot honor. Clearly a pattern of this. When you have hundreds of similar bad reviews, YOU are the problem. After speaking with USPS, the label was created the same day they received the package, 3/4. I have physical proof of this. So USPS and their proof is lying? Yeah, okay. BBB, here we come.
I ordered a part on 02-25-2026 and paid for the 2-day shipping. When I reached out a week after placing the order, they said it has been shipped and is on the way. According to the tracking via the USPS website, the product wasn't even given to USPS until 03-04-2026. I followed up with the customer service email and requested a refund for the 2-day shipping fee that was not honored. I was initially ignored but eventually was told, "we aren't the shipping company and can't control shipping company performance. Refer to our terms and policies." This has nothing to do with the fact that they waited a week to even ship it out. Once the product was in the hands of the USPS, no issues. I am still expecting a shipping refund and will not be giving up, just as I will never order from there again. I wish I would have paid attention to the overwhelming amount of bad reviews, as I could have avoided this altogether.

Wow, I wish I would have read all the reviews before I ordered parts of them had a customer broken down from out of town we needed a fan overnighted. We paid for the overnight shipping. It took several days to get here. Their emails were extremely rude and unsympathetic to say the least! Buyer beware.
