Never had an issue, always quick service

I have used BuyMyApple several times to buy new laptops and desktops for my office and trust them to be professional. They Have also repaired iPhones and Tablets a few times when we have broken them, I would happily recommend them.

They repaired my 13-inch Apple MacBook Air, Apple M1 Chip with 8-core CPU and 7-core GPU. 256 GB. Suddenly It's display & software wasn't working. I was so sad & some of my friend suggested me Buymyapple. I loved their service, recommended.

Though delivered by ups the packaging smelt of cigarette smoke disgusting this place is like an eBay seller no professional wrapping the actual packet the Apple Watch strap came in was used luckily the strap did not smell if cigarette smoke. Unfortunately I will have to buy additional packaging for the watch strap as it is a gift shame really don’t think I will purchase from here again

Such good customer service from start to finish, I was a little nervous about spending so much money on a refurbished MacBook that I haven’t seen but thanks to lockdown I didn’t have a choice and I’m so glad I did. It arrived in perfect condition, wouldn’t even know that I hadn’t just taken home from the Apple store. Did have a small issue (all my fault) whilst trying to set up from my old Mac and they even offered for me to send it back to get it fixed but this wasn’t needed as Apple were able to talk me through it.

I’ve been wanting to upgrade my 2009 MacBook Pro for the last 3 years but have held back due to my misgivings about the latest MacBook Pro’s. Then I stumbled across Buymyapple on a trip into Birmingham. They said they could source a 2015 15” MacBook Pro within the week, to the spec I was looking for and for a very competitive price with guarantee. They were as good as their promise and as a result my wife and I have also ordered a nearly new iPad and MacBook Air. In summary Buymyapple have provided us with an excellent service, including the confidence of being able to call in and discuss our needs and to purchase a product with a guarantee and without the reservations of ordering a second hand item from a faceless internet source.

Purchased a MacBook Air for my dad as his old Apple laptop was becoming really unreliable. BuyMyApple were brilliant, they guided me the through the purchase and they happened to have the perfect machine in stock. They did say that if they didn't have the right machine in stock they could source one for me in a couple of days.

Their warranty provided peace of mind that if there's any problems they will get it sorted, so much safer than buying from eBay / Gumtree.

My dad is delighted with his 'new' laptop and I've literally saved £100s on the price of a new one. I'm a happy customer.
